Review Mcdonald's - Saint Francisville

Waited in line for 20 min and the chick was mad we asked for more sauce she said “you have enough sauce for the amount of nuggets you have” , I told her we’d pay for more sauce and she just gave us an attitude about it. 1) That sauce ain’t coming out of your paycheck. 2) I had no problem paying for it. If you hate your job so much don’t work there. Definitely needed extra sauce for the dry old nuggets.

We are a couple of car transfer drivers from Lafayette and we occasionally stop at McDonald’s along our route for breakfast or lunch. This store was very unusual to say the least. The staff was not friendly and were rude at times. It took forever to get 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 orders of French fries, and two diet drinks. We were taking our food to go because the restaurant needed a lot of cleaning attention. We were in two cars. I ate my fries first because they were really hot and then I opened my sandwich…, it was the worse sandwich I had ever seen. It smelled bad and didn’t taste very good. But by then we were too far away to go back. That is a McDonald’s that will not get any of our driver’s business. There is a Burger King across the street we will give the place a try next. Oh the other driver did not eat his sandwich either. He complained just as I did. I can’t believe you are a Franchise Store!

For the past month and a half, everytime I have gone to this McDonald's they tell me their system is down. I used to work fast food so I remember people doing this because they don't want to take orders. Extremely unprofessional. Hire some people who want to work. There's no reason for this bull.

Have had nothing but bad service from this McDonald's on 3 different time this past week. They are rude and can't get a order correct and catch attitude with you when u ask for sauce because they forgot to give you any for chicken nuggets.

This restaurant is an absolute joke, from the employees' appearance to the food. The food is NEVER fresh, the shake machine is ALWAYS down, has been now for weeks, the employees do not wear gloves, or masks, I've witnessed quite a few employees in flip flops AT WORK how is that safe? The franchise really need to step in at this place

Still don't want to open the doors when they want to still after 2 years after covid... place is awefuland people have attitudes when trying to eat inside.

Really disappointed this past visit. I ordered 2 large drinks. Pretty simple order. Got 1 large and 1 medium. When I asked the girl at the window to fix it it was like I just insulted her child or something. "well the screen says you ordered a large and a medium" no ma'am I asked for 2 larges, she then continued to try and hand me the medium. After some ugly words were muttered the large was finally produced for me.

I was on the inside and watched the drive through clear twice ended Up having to go into the drive-through to get served and the people in front of me was still waiting Saturday 12th at 9am then on top of that finally got to the window and had to pull up and wait keep in mind all this took about 30 mins of waiting plus ten min kmsl wow!!!!!!

Can't stand the smell of the "food" from this place.I can't believe grown ups even eat this sorry excuse for food.

Restroom is always dirty. Watched 5 people order while I was eating and 3 of the orders had problems. Staff doesn't smile or seem happy to be working. It may not be a glamorous job, but own it like you are the Queen.

Worst McDonald's of all time! No management. Crew acted like we were there to serve them.

Had best biscuits to have for breakfast when I loved there 2010 working at cable company

Worst service I've ever received at a McDonalds location. I went through the drive thru about 3 weeks ago on my way to work and saw what I believe were the managers standing out side observing the traffic going through... As they stood there, I hear one of the female managers yell out and I quote "I told that nigga to suck my p***y"... I can tell you if I would have had my child with me and they were to hear and or repeat any of what they would have heard, this review would only be the start of a shit storm that I would be bringing to the Valuzzo team.
