Review Pizza Hut - Saint Francisville

My girlfriend and I have a rewards account with Pizza Hut. Last week I ordered pizza hut online delivery, I called to let them know my pizza was hard. The girl told me there was nothing she can do about it because I don't have proof. I ordered delivery because I don't have a car so, there was no way for me to take it back, so I basically had to throw my pizza away and I lost 20$ Saturday night I ordered pizza hut online delivery it took over 2 hours for it to arrive. They called me and told me they don't have pasta so I chose wings to substitute it, from the five dollar line up. I called them over four times asking where my food was. They just kept telling me it was coming. Because I don't have a car I patiently waited for my food to get here. When my food got here my pizza was fresh, despite the two hour wait. But my wings were were old and drowned in frier grease. SOMEONE INTENTIONALLY poured frier grease in my wings (because they remembered our hut reward name and phone number im assuming???), there's no way the frier baskets picked up that much grease. The driver forgot my dipping sauce and promised he would come back and bring it. We asked if him if he's sure he was gonna come back and he said yes, but he lied. Because I am a loyal customer/ rewards member my pizza was free, with my hut points, that I earned. I kept calling and asking where my dipping sauce was and wanted to tell them about my wings and they intentionally ignored my calls , and wouldn't answer. We had to threaten them with the police in order for them to talk to us. Me, being the person I am, I am not going to let pizza hut steal my money for the second time in a row. If we wanted our refund we had to walk to get it in 40° weather at night. This is unacceptable and someone needs new management (again). I shouldn't have had to walk to get my money, when someone intentionally poured grease on my food. Wow, St. Francisville Pizza Hut!!! Thank you for introducing us to an awesome dinning experience!!! And I mean awesome in the truest sense of the word. We are literally in awe!!! Thank you for broadening our gastronomic horizons. We never would have thought to try a Supreme Pizza without cheese!!! Or pizza sauce!!! I’ve eaten a lot of pizzas from a lot different restaurants from around the world and I’ve never had the like. And it sucked. Really, there is a reason that cheese goes on pizza...because it tastes good and like holds stuff together. Usually the cheese covers the sauce, too, so it doesn’t drip everywhere, but since y’all didn’t include the sauce either that wasn’t an issue. I guess that it was our fault. I mean, we should have checked it out before we carried it out. But, honestly, we didn’t think that our pizza could be screwed up that badly. I mean, I can see getting pepperoni when we ordered all the meats, or pan when we ordered hand tossed. But seriously , I never considered checking to make sure the pizza had, like, pizza stuff. Kinda glad we got some crust. In hindsight, I guess we could have just gotten a box of toppings. Oh, and the stuffed garlic knots were empty. Really, they were empty. Like, not stuffed. And thus the awe. Imagine our reaction when we drove home, 30 miles away, to discover our carry out catastrophe!!! Seriously, pizza with no cheese or sauce? It was like eating a baked salad in a crappy bread bowl. In your defense, when we called to share this humorous experience with you, St. Francisville Pizza Hut, you did offer to replace the pizza. Not really a viable option, though, considering that you serve a rural area and it literally is a 50+ mile round trip for us to visit your restaurant.

I cant even begin on how bad my experience was today. I guess when you arrive to the hut to pick up your order and nobody is at the register then the employee guy comes from around the corner from outside smelling of marijuana, you know something wont go right. Well after seeing that, that guy just went to the back and never came back up front. Me and my 3 co workers first see our 3 separate orders are ready according to the video screen. Actually, all 8 orders said ready. After a 15 minute wait a lady finally comes to confirm our orders. No explanation of wait times or issues. She walks off to the back and doesn't come back for another 15 minutes. There are now 8 customers waiting and no pizzas. The lady wouldn't come back unless one of the other customers yelled back to her. Even then it was "it's almost ready" and that was it. I saw 3 people walk out cussing without food. It's going on an hour now. Me and my coworkers still have no pizza. We ordered online and arrived there 20 min later. So it's been a while. We were all late getting back to work. Bad just bad!! Pizza hut can do better than that.

Tried to order pizza. Went to location, walked in and no one answered when I called out to them. Went to car to call. Lady answered and asked me to hold but never actually placed me on hold while she proceeded to hold a conversation with another woman. While on the phone (sitting in my car outside) the workers came out and played with some kids who a guy brought over. The woman claimed she forgot I was on the phone. These employees are a big joke and what a joke of a business. These workers should be fired immediately. Whoever is running this place has no clue how to run a business

Horrible customer service! I had just gotten here from Dallas, placed my order and was waiting for it to be delivered. After an hour I called the store and was told by the general manager, Megan, that my order was cancelled because they didn’t have any delivery drivers. Mind you, if they had called me I would have went across the street to pick it up. I was staying literally next door. I then inquired about my payment being refunded and she argued with me that it was a cash pay. She then checked and said “oh, it’ll be refunded when we close everything out for the night. Worst experience ever with a Pizza Hut.

They keep changing their delivery radius. Last time I ordered I tipped the driver $10. I'm only 8 miles away and the next week they refuse to deliver. The delivery took almost 2 hours, the pizza was cold, and I still tipped well and now on this call they will not deliver. I recommend not ordering so they leave our town.

Order was accurate but their classic garlic butter seasoning was missing from my pizza's crust. Staff wasn't rude but wasn't very engaging either. Very convenient location for incoming travelers and hotel residents nearby!

I've ordered multiple times online only too wait 2 hours until I get my food. I've tried multiple times to call and talk to them but have only been met with terrible customer service and have been purposefully put of hold and hung up on after the employees acted like they could not hear me. This is ridiculous and an terribly ran establishment. The pizza and other menu items are sub par. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Last week we ordered, the pizza and wings took 2 hours, it was cold and I did not complain. Tonight our plans were to order pizza, I called in and they refused to deliver even though I tipped the driver $10 last time. I was offered no refund, discount or anything for my next order. We are on vacation this week and we've been drinking and can't leave the house so I guess we're eating rice and butter. Thanks, Pizza Hut.

They have never gotten a to go order correct, but now they are willing to deliver, but they are not willing to honor coupons??
