Review Burger King - Saint Francisville

For not trying burger king in years due to burger king reasons, was pleasantly surprised by this location. Ordered online now twice and while order wasn't 100% correct either time the food was tasty. The inside is remodeled and has some features I haven't seen in any other burger king.

Slowest “Fast Food” Joint I’ve ever been to. Can wait in line for 20-30 minutes at times just for an order or nuggets, a fry and a drink. So good luck going to lunch here, on your lunch break. Ridiculous. Seems everyone needs to be replaced.

I stopped by today @ 11:15 & all doors locked, 3 employees behind counter, did not bother to unlock, I found employee outside working & he let me inside, very kind, inside employees need people skills!

Terrible service . They mess up the orders and do not give any kind of receipts so when they charge you that you do not have proof to show that they messed you over. Or prove what your order was. They charge you different prices for the same exact order. One time you go through it will be $14 and something the next time you order the same exact thing it be $15 or $17 and some change. sometimes even more . They do not count back change to you when you hand them cash to pay for the service and some of the workers are rude. Some of the workers even play around and lolly gag on the phone or to other workers or other customers while on the job. Some even do not work in thier uniform and come to work dressed any kind of way they choose. I would not advise stopping there.

The crew that works night shift is awesome came in order a Texas Double Whopper and it was the best thing I've ever had from burger King I highly recommend it to anyone will to stop in. Even stopped before leaving to talk to one of the personal and they were very informative

Slow ,rude ,carless staff ..their machines for frozen coke always down ..They don't know how to take orders as they always make mistakes and never answer their phones

Not the best customer service but who cares when the burgers are ALWAYS fresh!! Stop there every time I’m going back to Houston. Our burger kings don’t taste like this ever.

First off the young lady who took my order was not feeling her job, she asked questions but only had part of the order right she did repeat my order back to me but when I got to the window to pay for my order it wasn't right, it seemed to low.she did not say thank you or send me to the next window for pick-up. When I get my order from the pick-up window I checked it out and it was missing some items so I tell this young lady that I am missing some items from my order, she then read off my order from the receipt I tell her what I had ordered and I would like to have the rest of my order she said very rudely that I will have to pay the difference , I said ok that's fine but she acted like it was my fault that my order was not right. I hope you can look into this matter and make some changes on how they treat your Customers, I don't think that I will come back to this place again.
