Any issue I have had they resolved right away, apologetically. I'm bummed that they no longer sell my favorite flavor of syrup but that's not the store's fault. Loved free coffee Wednesdays...
I also really enjoy their home brewed decaf. Hard to find a decaf that tastes like the real thing.
