Their large coffees are huge, 24 ounces! Coffee was good, a little disappointed that the everything bagel i ordered only came with one cream cheese cup and had to put it on myself. The bagel to cream cheese ratio was a little higher than preferred...perhaps I need to ask for 2?
Everything about the atmosphere is great. The staff is polite and the bathrooms and main area are always clean. The only thing lacking is the quality of the coffee. That being said it's a great place to go if you're looking to get away and read a book or catch up on homework.
Great place. First time I stopped in and the staff was super friendly and quick with the bagel order. I am sure to see this spot again in the future
Love this location. Biggby is not my favorite drink, but this location is cozy, quiet and in my opinion the epitome of what a coffee cafe should be. Excellent for having a drink over conversation and you don't have to yell to be heard. Or reading a book, or doing some remote work. I go here ofte

I love biggby!!! My favorite coffee chain by far! The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because the drinks do tend to be a bit sweet and too much milk sometimes. Also I wish this location had a drive thru and they don't have good seating inside but overall, the employees are great, they are fast
SERVPRO hosted a meeting for 15. We ordered the #5 Catering Combo and it was the perfect amount with leftovers. Staff handles these orders very well.
I'm an avid Starbucks customer, but over here in rural Michigan they are hard to find. I'm becoming a fan of Biggby and am stoked that they are starting to open more locations so I can grab a good latte in any of our beach towns. Thanks, Biggby.
Tables are a little too small for tabletop gaming with more than two people; however, if you’re playing chess or any other 1v1 game, these tables will suffice.
