Ban Thai - Saint Joseph - Photo album

Ban Thai, a culinary tempest tucked away in the heartland of flavor, is where the essence of Thailand collides with the fervor of a frenzied kitchen. This isn't just a Thai restaurant; it's a gastronomic expedition into the heart of fiery woks and sizzling spices. The atmosphere buzzes with an elect
We do an annual trip from Indianapolis and try to hit up local spots every time. This was our first time here- and added to our list of must-visits each time! The owner was incredibly sweet and approachable. The food was amazing and obviously made with care (lots of emphasis on fresh, authentic ingr
Always wonderful. Spicy mama is a favorite. The veggie potstickers are delicious and so is the sticky rice. Mmmm. 🥰 Only takeout with limited hours but so worth it!!!
The owner and are real Thai people and of course food is authentic with friendly service. They bring fresh ingredients from Chicago. It's now become Carry-out only restaurants after the covid pandemic but when you come to pickup food inside is very nice.
What can I say about Ban Thai that hasn't already been said? Not only is this the best Thai cuisine for hundreds of miles, but you will not find better hospitality and consideration at any restaurant around. Wonderful little hole in the wall with cute ambience. The food was fresh and delicious and the owner was chatty and very fun to talk to. Definitely on our go to list for the area!
This was a wonderful, quaint, family restaurant. The owner served us like family. I got the Spicy 🔥 Mamma , at the hot spice level.. I would definitely come back on another trip to town.
Incredible service! I'm a big fan of Jimmy and his humor. The food was high quality for the price, the spiciness was perfect. I know this sounds exaggerated but if I could give 10 stars, I would. Wish they had a location in Berrien Springs!
The food here was absolutely delicious! The owner gets his noodles fresh from Chicago, and you can taste the difference. The Pad See Ewe was really good, as well as the sticky rice dessert. I really enjoyed the Thai iced tea, but I like mine strong, which it was. My husband had to water his down, be
Quaint place with excellent Thai food. The owners are incredibly sweet and openly communicate challenges with being short staffed. The sign on door says carry out only but we dined in. When busy it may be carry out only. Either way, the food is delicious. Spicy Mama is very spicy and very delicious.
