I left a two star review a couple of months ago due to poor and slow service on a consistent basis. I rarely update reviews, but I have noticed over the last couple of visits that there is some effort to correct the recent complaints. Service is faster, and the staff does a better job of greeting customers upon entering. Kudos to the management for being responsive to the reviews.
Do you even need a review? It's Jimmy John's! Always good. Dog lovers too. When I drive through with my pup they flock to the window and give her treats.
I know that the food/bev has changed due to the pandemic and wages are too low. I called in an order and I didn't do it correctly, and one of your staff( the young, man with the Alone tattoo) fixed it, while training a new worker or the worker tried to take a short cut, but all staff were cordial and doing their job well. I just wanted that young man to be recognized for outstanding work!!
Went here for lunch very clean on the inside. The layout and signage was very nice. Menu was very detailed and the staff was very friendly.
Extremely solid. Good ingredients, friendly staff, and quick service. One of the best Jimmy John’s I’ve been to in recent memory.
Went in, got sandwiches, went out. Had what I wanted and everything was good.
The service here was great. They had some insane order ahead of mine that caused a delay but they kept apologizing and they were working as fast as possible.
Awesome!!! Highly recommend...sandwich was fire! And drive thru time was incredible and it was lunch time!!!
Came in late and they were close to closing, and out of their regular bread. They made the best of it, and we were open to trying their wheat bread (never had it before-HIGHLY recommend it). They threw in a couple of cookies, and we are back on the road, tummies happy:) Great customer service!!!
Im incredibly impressed by the out standing customer service for one, i went in very close to 10pm, which is when they close but regardless the service was absolutely impeccable. Donna, Mitchell, and Jose went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct and were very friendly. They made my experience worth writing a review.. thank you guys, your a awesome crew and more businesses need employees like you.
Also.. the bread is so amazing and the sandwich was perfect!!!

I like the fast service and they give suggestions for your sandwich.
Food was good. Service was friendly. Only concern was the temperature in the restaurant was extremely cold. Might feel good on a day when it is 90 degrees outside, but notso much when it is only 70 out.
