I had Mimi's cupcakes at my wedding and they were delicious. Everyone loved the outrageous choices we had. She baked everything the morning of and set up the table for us. It looked amazing, and tasted even better. We had lemon raspberry, peanut butter cup, s'more, and salted Carmel pretzel.

We hired Mimi’s Cupcakes for our wedding to do our wedding cake and cupcakes and Heather did an AMAZING job. Heather was our favorite vendor as she was the easiest to work with. Any questions we had, she responded in a very timely manner, she had fair prices and the cupcakes and cake were delicious!!
We ordered 100 cupcakes and a small cutting cake used her cupcake stand to set them up to look like a large wedding cake which saved us money as you normally need to pay wedding venues to cut cakes for you.
When dropping our cake stand off the next day, Heather also congratulated us and we got some more cupcakes which were again, so tasty!

My wife and I bought our wedding cupcakes from Mimi's. The cupcakes themselves were delicious, moist, and extremely pleasant to eat. Our guests were very complimentary about them! We loved the balance of sweetness and richness (neither too much) of each flavor.
Heather was exceptionally helpful while we were planning. She arranged a tasting that let us sample a number of flavors before coming to our final choice (our chosen flavors were 'Pumpkin', 'Raspberry Wedding Cake', and 'Andes Mint'-- each one differently and wonderfully delicious). She was happy to accommodate our handful of guests with dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten "friendly", etc.) with separately packaged and well-labeled extras. Finally, she was very flexible about pick-up options for the cupcakes, enabling us to pay online and send a family member to do the pickup on our behalf. The cupcakes came in packaging that was easy to transport without damaging the cupcakes' well-designed aesthetic.
Heather's help made for delicious wedding desserts and less stress on the wedding day itself. We highly recommend her business.

Of course I picked the hottest day of the year to take a drive to St. Joseph.
I tried to plan my day in how I was going to get these cupcakes home without them melting and doing some sightseeing.
Heather was so kind. She kept them at the shop until I was done sightseeing to insure they wouldn't melt.

Ordered from their truck by the beach. These were SO delicious! Honestly I never eat the frosting on cupcakes, but these were so good! The flavors were spot on, not overloaded on sweetness, and super moist. I can’t remember all the flavors that were on here but the cookie dough I would definitely recommend.
These were exceptionally delicious! The frosting on the cookie dough cupcake 🧁 was so so delicious. I wish they were made a little bigger though and not just a regular cupcake size.
This cupcake shop is so cute and the cupcakes are delicious! The s'mores was my fav, but the Andes mint came in second! You must stop here for a little treat while you are in St. Joe!
