Our order was ready as promised, food was hot and delicious. We originally ordered one of our pizza with a pan style crust, but unfortunately that was not available. I appreciated that the store reached out to me quickly and offered alternatives, corrected our bill and was kind about the issue.
The call center that answers when the store is busy gives them a bad reputation because most people don't know it's routed to a call center when they are busy. The employees and manager on 12/31/2020 at 7pm were absolutely great. This is the pizza hut in Saint Joseph I will go to. They worked hard and made it right
Half-price beers and 1/2 Price Pizza
I specifically asked not to forget taco sauce on my order. I received extra garlic sauce instead. The driver stacked my order up against the door so I had to knock it down to get it. My pizzas were correct and tasted great.
The freshness was outstanding, my food was hot and ready when l picked it up and the employee was polite and friendly. I will recommend Pizza hut to all my friends and family. Thank you for your service ❤️
