Here's the deal with Tropical Smoothie Cafe - it serves the best smoothies around and has some surprisingly good menu items. There are like a billion smoothies and I'm never sure even how to start thinking about which one to get. I almost always just panic and get the TRIPLE BERRY OAT one, which is fantastic. My group has ordered most of them over several visits and literally they all are good. But this place is not just smoothies. The QUESEDILLAS are LEGIT. And also the BOWLS oh man the bowls! A bowl and a smoothie is a ridiculous treat of a lunch for me, and I can walk out knowing that I'm CLEAN LIVIN! I really recommend the bowl with guac, it's like the Baja or whatever. It's perfect and clean and delicious. But they're all fantastic. For real. They have an app they try and get you to use to get discounts and to mine your data. Hard pass on that game for me but some people like it. See you at the TSC!

Yum! So glad it's in Minneapolis now. Great smoothies, tasty salads, yummy sandwiches, I could eat there every day! Right now, my fav is acai berry boost, but the Sunrise Sunset is super popular. I like that you can make your own too, and add many options for proteins, vitamins and flavors. Mmmmm!

Love the Smoothies!!! Best service ever. The woman that helped me was the best. She had patience. Have food allergies in family and she was so helpful in choosing the right smoothie for my kids. Thank you for a great experience.

I stopped in one night and had the southwest chicken wrap. It was suggested by the young guy that worked there. It was my first time and he was really helpful and funny. He also suggested I try a smoothie next time. I will definitely go back. Awesome customer service from the guy with the cool haircut and dread locks!
