Great experience tonight! Our waiter, Jordan, was very friendly, attentive, and did a fantastic job of keeping our drinks full. We lucked out and came in on “kids eat free” night, so that was a bonus.

The place was nice very packed parking lot and and packed inside and out. I assume this is the norm. We were there about a hr and never seen a waitress in my area on the patio. I flagged down another waitress who was working a different section but took on our table of 8. She was amazing and sweet.

Great customer service and the food was delicious especially the chocolate cheese cake. Our waiter John was outstanding. He was very accommodating and he was able to serve our party of 18 with no problems. He got every order right. Kudos to John!

We came in as a family of 4 between lunch & dinner. It took a bit for a host to show up, tho we were seated immediately once they did.

I went to Helen Fitzgerald's for happy hour/ dinner for 4 days this week while staying at the hotel next door. I sat at the bar each time.
The bartenders were amazing. They had great people skills, smiled alot and was making sure everyone was taken care of. I never had to go with a tea or drink.
The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was great. But the service is awesome. The waitress was very attentive and made sure everything was to my liking. Never had an empty glass. I would definitely recommend and ask for Amanda as your waitress.
Food was great drinks were good and strong how I like them the Waite wasn't long and I'll keep going I enjoyed my experience
