Went there with my daughter for a quick lunch. The area had power outages but McAllister‘s were still open so we stopped in for a quick bite. Service was good food was also good although the restaurant air conditioning was set for 90° outside it was a little bit chilly. A good place to go for a quick bite.

They have real vegetarian options! That veggie spud is awesome. I ate it before thinking about taking a picture during my last visit. There's also several sandwich options without meat. The tea is good, I think they're kinda known for it. It has a hint of lemon which is nice.
Their dining room is open. The tables are spaced out for Covid-19 distancing. It was really cold in there though, if we didn't leave our raincoats on we'd have been shivering.

This location is the most professional and accurate one I've been to. They are quick and always get my order right. The other locations are never accurate or provide this level of service.

Don't order the potatoe thinking it's a side, it's most definetly a meal for almost 3 lol. Great food, sandwiches and friendly service wash it down with some famous tea
Food was good, they actually had a TV for entertainment, price is high for what it is.....
Great food, loved their Pecanberry salad!
Great service, gal helped me select and order. It Did tasted good. The air conditioner was turned a bit too cold inside.

I love McAlister’s deli! So today I decided to visit a different location from my usual one. I placed the order online & went to pick it up. However, when I got to the location to pick up the order, they weren’t able to find it. So I showed the order info to the very nice young lady who was helping me. She basically told me that I had placed the order at the other location that was on the other end of the same road! Wow! I asked if I could cancel that order and just place one with her (after she offered) but she basically told me she would inquire with the manager if I could get my entire order replaced at no cost even though it was my fault! She even offered me a drink! If that’s not GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE then I don’t know what is!!! This staff is exceptional and treated me better than the majority of restaurants I have visited in recent years! I will definitely continue to patronize McAlister’s until I can’t!!!!!!! Thank you so much to the team at McAlister’s Manchester Des Peres!!!!!!

Great experience. We were able to place our order over the phone and it was ready at the time we set. The staff were all very kind and upbeat and did their jobs. The food was exactly what we ordered and fresh. We will definitely need going to this location more than any others. Highly recommend
I love this location. I bring my client here regularly and we eat at this location about every other week for lunch. One day my client was a little confused about his check. John (manager) and another team member offered to refund him and then placed his order again. They kept their composure the entire time even though they could tell my client was frustrated. Excellent customer service! We always feel welcomed. Everyone greets us from beginning to end from the cashier to when we sit down to wait for our food. They often walk by to make sure everything is ok and offer to refill our drinks and bring us to-go boxes if needed. They are always smiling too. This seems to be a high volume location but we never have to wait long to get our food. Highly satisfied with this location!
