Staff is very friendly. We have always felt like we were well taken care of. The bar and bartender are top notch, with unique signature cocktails. The atmosphere of the hotel from the entry to the room is amazing. The rooms are not cookie cutter with high ceilings and character. Stayed twice so far
I was on a last-minute weekend getaway with my daughters, and we stayed at the Pennywell Hotel. I originally booked with a 4rd party that got our reservations wrong, but was able to cancel and rebook directly with the lovely women at the front desk.

I recently stayed at the Pennywell Hilton hotel in St. Louis, and overall, it was a pleasant experience that deserves a solid rating. The lobby is quaint and charming. I loved the old bank vault in the lobby that was turned into the food shop! There is great food options in the hotel as well!

The front desk agent was extremely helpful and nice. F&B was lacking a little when it came to service however the food was great. Full of flavor but the presentation was lacking.

The rooms were exquisite. The hotel was amazing. However, the ice machine on our floor was empty, and there was no complimentary coffee... a single cup costs over $4. I just wanted some in my own cup.
