I asked for a pitcher of beer and my waitress literally came or with a pitcher of beer and a straw for me! ��
Walked in straight to bar... ordered food and asked to have the game I wanted to on the TV in front of me... ate and had some drinks.. definitely a good time in the hooters downtown ST Louis.. 2 blocks from the Arch....
The food was okay, our server was very engaging and the atmosphere was pretty quiet for lunch. No complaints.
We stopped by after the brewer win against the cardinals and ordered wings before heading back to the hotel. Very good service.
We came here on a really hot day so we were disappointed when we realized that the AC wasn’t working properly. They had some kind of make shift air conditioner going on though, it didn’t really cool things off much. The service was great though. Kelly was our server, super friendly. We didn’t have to ask for refills, food came out quick and fresh. My husband got a burger, I got bbq wings and my son got chicken strips. As always, the food tasted great. It would be nice if they brought the spicy cheese dip back with the peppers in it. The cheese sauce is ok but it was much better before they changed it.

Very laid back atmosphere. The waitress wasn't buggy matter of fact she only checked on us 1 time. Oh my cup of water was nasty like unfiltered tap. Which was dispensed from the soda fountain (I can only imagine how it will effect the taste of the soda, but since i didn't care for soda I'll let you find that out) I ended up asking for bottled water.
I've never actually been in the restaurant, but I live downtown so I order DoorDash from here all the time.
This is the only restaurant in the city that gets it right every single time. I've ordered here probably 20+ times and it's never been inaccurate or missing any items. Never.
Sometimes, I don't even want Hooters, but I order here because I know it'll be right. Therefore, I won't have to fight with DoorDash about an inaccurate order.
Stopped in for a bite after the last regular ballgame for the Cards vs. Reds. It was on our walk back to our hotel. The staff was very friendly, the food was great and service was quick.
Stayed at the hotel next door so ordered to-go and walked. The two waitresses that walked past us couldn’t have cared less we were standing there but the bartender waved us over and made sure we had everything we needed before we left. Food was okay not sure if it’s because we took it back to the room or just wasn’t cooked properly (breading came off all the shrimp).
On 3/18/23 the two bartenders around like 10 till 11 they were great!!! You can tell they actually cared about the service they provided. Every time one of their co workers put empty dirty glasses in front of us they let them know not do it and apologized to us. I wish I could've got their names but they definitely deserves to be acknowledged by some higher ups. The food was also great. I'm just big on customer service and I was happy with my experience.

The staff was amazing and the waitress Kylie was very friendly and she saw that I was offering a homeless man some food and she paid for it herself instead. I’m very happy to have come to this restaurant from out of state and I had an amazing experience. The food was also very good as I ordered the crab legs. I have zero complaints.
Good food. Service was just ok, maybe cuz it was 3 females. The wait staff clothing gets to be less n less every time we go to Hooters.
Amazing food (better than your traditional hooters) and the girls were sweeter than you'd expect in downtown St. Louis. Will be back next time I'm in the Lou
