The drive thru was wrapped around the building. The new Peppermint frosy was not the best. Always go with the Original!! The customer service was great even though they was Crowded!!! Thanks for the good attitude!

Service was quick. The queso fries were amazing. They tasted really good but the fries could have been fresher. The burger was yummy. For the price I paid for my meal it was worth it.
I hadn't been to Wendy's in a long time (doctor's orders), but my hunger got the best of me the other day. I stopped at Wendy's on West Florissant (Buzz Westphal Plaza) and was pleasantly surprised by the service. I am always a mark for great customer service, even if the meal isn't the greatest. B

Food is good always hot but the line is ALWAYS WRAPPED AROUND THE BUILDING!!! So it’s always a VERY LONG WAIT!! The workers are nice but wish they would move a little faster

I gotta give a shout out to there staff. I usually rate fast food chains low because of the customer service. But not here! Even when lines are long, they usually move steady and quick. And all the workers always speak and provide good customer service, which you don't get at many fast food chains,
