Great place. Good food clean kid friendly great lunch specials when your on a timed lunch hour and you dont want drive thru food , this is the place food is out quick large menu pizza, pasta ,burgers , wings loaded fries to much to list.go you wont be disappointed

Best Cecils. What's not to like. The menu is huge. The food is great and the staff are nice. And VERY AFFORDABLE. And, don't be fooled. Not all Cecils are the same. This one blows the others away.
This is the best pizza ever and the people are so nice. It blows Imos out of the water any day.
At first glance this Cecil Whittaker's wasn't doing well. There were only one other couple inside eating during our visit. But the food was very good and came up quickly. As we sat eating we witnessed person after person coming in to pick up their take out orders and they deliver as well!

I was a long time customer of the affton location and I had totally forgot about this location. I'm glad my boss reminded me about it the pizza was hot and the salad was fresh I definitely recommend this establishment!
The pizza is delicious and loaded with toppings and delivery was even faster than I expected! They have a great Thursday deal with any 3 items for $27 (max of 2 pizzas but you can get them both XL up to 5 toppings!!). The baked mostaccioli was just okay for me but with pizza that good I didn't really care about the sides...
The pizza prices are a bit high however the quality of the pizza, Italian dishes, salads, everything I've had so far is fresh to order. I've always gotten to go. It seems family friendly as there are games on the inside to keep the kidos busy when they aren't eating. Enjoy
I was very impressed by the lunch special, I got a delicious sandwich, good sized salad, and a soft drink for only $7.99. The service was also fantastic, very friendly, fast and helpful! The restaurant was very clean and organized. Will definitely be stopping here more frequently!

Cecil Whittaker's offers a great, inexpensive option for St. Louis Style pizza. This location has very friendly staff and is always a nice clean environment. There are plenty of specials and coupons available. Doesn't have a huge dining room, but even offers an all you can eat lunch option.
Great pizza and inexpensive. If you're craving thin crust pizza, definitely a place to go. The menu is their advertisement page with all the coupons and specials available as options when ordering. Generally can feed 3-4 people with just two large pizzas (which is buy one get one free!).
Waitress today was great. Genuinely nice, unlike most tip-hungry service people. Food was quick and yummy. Prices were fair. Menu was a bit confusing with all the deals and coupons and specials.
Ordered 2 pizzas today and a salad. Service when taking the order was friendly and accurately listened to what I wanted. Everything arrived on time and fresh and tasty! Will be ordering again .. thanks
