The drive thru is fairly fast, which is a surprise compared to other fast food in the area. Food is always hot. They never messed up an order of mine. The impossible slider and the veggie slider is better than I thought they would be. The workers are nice. Overall, I'm happy with this location........
I was very reluctant about buying breakfast at White Castle I normally don't eat their lunch I don't do well with their burgers but I really wanted to try the breakfast and I was really surprised it's not that bad at all and it's a great price so I do recommend just giving you the breakfast a shot the hash browns were great the sandwiches were great and the waffle sandwich was incredible so I definitely do recommend it
I hadn't had White Castle in years and it was GREAT. The fish sliders were the BOMB. My boyfriend had the Chicken Rings. Everything was hot and fresh... on your next trip to the Lou we will be grabbing our lunch from White Castle's.
I was there on May 27, 2023 Between the hours of 8am - 10am I'm a dasher 1st order was ready when I arrived. When I arrived for the 2nd order they was preparing it, while preparing othet customers orders in the drive through and the dining room. While waiting on that order I received another order. So i had to wait just a little bit longer. There was only 2 workers. They both was working the dining room and drive through. They got the customers out at a reasonable time. I commend them. They was working and didn't show any attitude. GREAT JOB!!!. I would like other restaurants to learn from them. Because other restaurants will lock their dining room and the drive through line will be so long and you waiting a long time to order and get your food. And they have a attitude. The White Castle workers on Herbert Ave that was working May 27, 2023 between 8am-10am GREAT JOB KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
Food was an excellent temperature. Didn't wait to long.. fries are always cold no matter where you go in the city
They can give you more cheese in your fries and chicken rings
The wait is very long. Drive 🚗 is very slow especially at night.
