Our first time at Bon Vie Bistro and we were so happy we found this place. Had a great breakfast, my hubby LOVED their hash browns, and the pancakes are a delight! The staff was so welcoming the minute we walked in the door, and the service was excellent! We will definitely be back!
Eggs Benedict with the best scratch hollandaise around. Delicious brunch menu. Fresh, flavorful, satisfying classics and creative variations. They change the menu periodically for seasonal yumminess. Great people! Love it.
My favorite brunch place. The staff are the sweetest people on the planet. The food is delicious, especially the cupcakes! Yum!
Everything here is amazing! I love to go for breakfast and have the Shakshuka Eggs with a cup of mango green tea. The cupcakes are the best in the Twin Cities and the rest of their bakery is delicious as well!

Yummy! Bon Vie is the best place to go and have breakfast or lunch. The food is great and it is just a friendly and quaint place to meet with friends or just by yourself. Once you go you will want to go back all of the time!

It is a great place to eat or to take some wonderful bakery items home with you. The menu is refreshed often so even if you come frequently, there is always something new. You won't be disappointed!
What a perfect Valentine's Day breakfast! Free coffee that was delicious! Great food, I had the brussel sprouts hash! Love the jam, forgot to ask if it was homemade. And they surprised me with a rose! The server was great and friendly! She didn't let my coffee go empty :)
Second visit in a week and I am hooked on this wonderful Bistro! Each friend I bring is as blown away as I am. Charming atmosphere, wonderful menu selection and tasty dishes, and staff/owners that make you feel like you are the truly an important part of their day. Jean, MIndy and Blanca have waited on us and I want to be friends with them all....that is how great the wait staff are!

It is the happiest place! Everyone is friendly and attentive.. Such a refreshing change from mist establishments. OH and the Blackberry Pancakes we're phenomenal. I cannot wait to go back!
My boyfriend and I were visiting from Chicago for a concert and upon our departure, we wanted to find a great place to have brunch. Thankfully, we came across this cute as a button establishment. The food was absolutely amazing!! The service was attentive, informative and very welcoming! We also took some cupcakes for the road!! The cupcake with the peanut butter filling-- my goodness!! I wish I could've shook the hand of the pastry chef that created such a masterpiece! I'm not sure when I'll be back to Minnesota but this place has a special place in my heart! :-)
Have you brought back souffle cake in a cup back, please bring back?

I ordered a red velvet birthday cake for my SO this past weekend and it was lovely! I don't even like cake but it was moist and very tasty. The frosting was also amazing. The staff were very nice and helpful! I wish I got a picture of the cake but we were too excited to eat it.
Delicious cake—order more than you think you need! We ordered a half-sheet marble cake and our group of about 20 nearly ate the whole thing! Staff were really helpful and responsive, pickup was super easy and worked with our schedule.
Ordered a 2-layer marble sheet cake and it was DELICIOUS. (Decorations were great, but we ate it too fast for photos!) Even folks who don't usually like cake enjoyed it. Will definitely order again.
We got the German Chocolate cake and I was (1) very shocked by the size of the cake and (2) became addicted to it. It was my first time trying a German Chocolate cake - chocolate cake with coconut frosting + walnuts (I think). The bread in itself was not very sweet, which actually made it go well with the sweet coconut frosting. It overall felt like a very wet cake. The radius of the cake was not that big but it was the height/depth. It took us a while to finish it and every time we had a 'piece', it was very filling.
I recently ordered a cake from them, but unfortunately they made a mistake on my order. The staff and manager were so nice and did more than enough to make it right. I was blown away by their kindness and customer service. I sincerely hope the manager does not hold the mistake against the kind employee responsible. To err is human, but to be so accommodating and nice is worth so much more. I look forward to ordering from them again soon.
My family has been buying cakes from this delightful shop for years (when originally in West Saint Paul). Their cakes are simply the best: moist, flavorful, and decorated to perfection. You will not be disappointed👌
