Always my favorite location. Kindest, friendliest team and I love all the smiles. This time I tried a ham and cheese bou-ritto, didn't get the hit sauce i ordered with it but still my favorite caribou.

Went thru the Drive thru about 2pm on 1/2/21. The guy working the drive thru was wearing a white mask that was really dirty with yellow, green, brown stain around his nose. So disgusting. Please address with employees. I won't be back.

I used to frequent a different location but started going to this Caribou due to relocating to the area. I have to say, I’m incredibly impressed with the quality here, my drink orders have been on point every time.

But today I ordered a coffee waited 10 minutes they forgot to make it. then I reminded them they said they would make it immediately. 10 minutes later they still hadn't made it. Best Caribou location in the metro, I've been to many and this is the gold standard for service. Location is great, they have a drive-thru, they have 2 conference rooms and an open floor plan so you aren't packed in like sardines. Staff is amazing. Highly recommend this location.
