I am never dissapointed at Caribou Coffee locations. Somehow they are not as busy as Starbucks, but in my experience the staff is often better trained and the dine-in experience is more comfortable.
My fave drink here is an iced turtle mocha breve. They make a very tasty one, though it could use more ice. The dine-in menu is very limited, but they are cool with bringing in outside food. Next door is a Papa John's.
The store is reasonably clean and the bathrooms checked often and well stocked. They do need a detail cleaning as there is buildup in the corners from where the mop/broom do not reach when cleaning too fast.
Overall this is a very good coffee experience with friendly staff and a convenient location.
So far my experience at this location has been fantastic. They actually LISTEN to my order. They make my beverage CORRECTLY. This is the example of what I mean by light ice and I appreciate it ( along with the 7 pumps of carmel). The team that works here are ALWAYS FRIENDLY , WARM , and WELCOMING. Thank you for your hard work and making my mornings. I drive past two other Caribous just to go to this one and it's worth it. The other locations just have awful service... I'm glad I found this location.
Wish with it being so cold out, the option to social distance inside was somehow implemented. Other than that the experience was overall good, the staff was knowledgeable and fast, service quick, food and drinks hit the spot.
