When using a drive-thru you expect that you food is prepared and ready to eat. I have never been to a bagel shop and had to put on my own cream cheese! I understand with staffing shortage but please take the 20 seconds to put on the cream cheese instead of giving little cream cheese cups and knives.

Ordered a sandwich, came out like a horror movie. Respect your customers and please show love to your food when giving out. We are not savages out here. Treat customers as if your treating your family.
Waited in the drive through for a good minute and was ignored even after I pulled up to the window. I proceeded to park and try to walk in say as to I had 2 hours before they were supposed to actually close. Once I walked in I stood there while people just ignored me and acted as if I wasn’t there,

The baristas are the best here. They have a great attitude and the drinks are always on point.
Friendly folks here, but whether the lobby is open has become so inconsistent makes me avoid this Caribou. When the store is open, the lobby door is sometimes locked, but there's no sign/indication that something is up. I then need to get back in the car and hop in the drive-through line.
