This McDonalds has the worst customer service I've ever experienced! The lady with the small dreads at the walk up window acted as if I was asking for her first born. She didn't say a word to me and just acted like I was bothering her. Absolutely the most rude person I've interacted with.
I just went through the drive thru about 20 minutes ago, and I was shocked by what I encountered! First my drink was thrust into my hand no hi, no words at all. Sketchy area of university. Lots of trash lying around and questionable people roaming. The building and parking lot is pretty raggedy.
The girl working at the walkup window was very nice though! Food was as expected, nothing wrong there.
Getting the food was no problem, I like the fact that there was a walk-up door to order from. The service was nice too.
Never had a bad food experience at this McDonalds but... the location can be a little sketchy. Pro Tip: If you're even thinking of eating in your car in the parking lot, Order extra Fries so you you can throw them to the homeless crackheads that will swarm your car like friggin' Sea Gulls.
Yall I respect the culture but this McDonalds is straight WRATCHED. Employees are rude the food is cold and you have to fight them for the basics. Place needs to get shut down 😂.
Pretty quick drive thru service for coming thru right at change over from breakfast to lunch. Staff was friendly. Food was good.
