5/21/21, 9am. Minneapolis Airport. This was the worst experience. Only 2 people working, cashier not even friendly, poor customer service. Didn’t say hello or I’ll be right with you. Turn away from me to make coffee and just stood there watching the coffee brew. I ordered and it took 11 minutes
I stopped there on Sunday Augustus 18 2019 to get a quick bite before boarding my flight.
I stood in line with about 30 other people for 45 min. Some leaving after paying for their food because they had to catch a flight. The counter person was awesome under the circumstances. There was no manager
Took 20 minutes to get 10 nuggets, fries and a drink....we had to ask where our food was....she said, she didnt even see the name. What the hell does my name have to do with it. Dude at the front counter provided about as much customer service as an empty drink cup. We were told they short staff
I have been here twice in the last few months.
The first sign of trouble was I happened to be in the bathroom with one of their employees who left the stall, checked his appearance in the mirror and then left in full uniform without washing his hands.

Don't go here! Took forever to get food and they weren't even busy. Also, they wouldn't take my coupon and wouldn't let me pay with Wendy's gift card. Also, I ordered a Dave's double combo and then after arriving at my gate found only 1 burger Patty after waiting 20 minutes for my "fast" food.
The never have any salads and get my order wrong 50% of the time. This past week, I was so disappointed when I opened the bag on my flight to Miami and there was a burger instead of my chicken sandwich. I shall not return again.
Went at 9:23 pm on a Sunday and asked if they were open, since the hours posted say it closes at 10. The woman behind the counter said "yea we're open what can I get you?" So I said my order and she said "nah just kidding were closed". Extremely rude and uncalled for...
