I travel a lot through the tri-county area. This is by far the cleanest Subway I have ever been to. The staff was excellent, I felt like I was talking to my neighbors, old friends. I would drive from Summerville to just eat at Subway's in St. Stephens. You folks are AWESOME! Thank you for making me feel at home.

It was crazy busy and the wait was long. But the staff managed expectations and constantly apologized for the wait so that made it a much better experience. The subs were delicious 😋

On our families 5-6 visits so far service has been fast and friendly. As with most Subways ingredients we fresh. We have had an issue with the bread not being as soft and fresh as you would expect from Subway but other then that I would recommend this location to anyone in the area

Chelsea went about and beyond with her customer service tonight! I am very picky about how my sub gets made, she took my order over the phone & did an amazing job on creating my cold cut combo (better than when I am at the counter trying to explain what I want).

We ate here not long ago after leaving another Subway because the staff was rude and nothing was prepped. This particular Subway went above and beyond to make my sandwich correct.

Love the staff here they always make me feel welcome but other than that clean and the sandwiches are good unless your like me and like to combine things that shouldn't be combined

I have been in the St. Stephen Subway on several occasions but today I ordered two sandwiches an was served by young man named Bryson.I happened to wearing my vietnam Veteran hat. Bryson went to register and said , Sir there will be no charge and thank you very much for your service. When he offered me his hand to shake it made me remember why I served. When I was telling my wife about the experience, there was a good tear in my eye. Hopefully your company will recognise the qualities in this young man as well as he recognised the qualities in his customer.
