Cute lil restaurant with a nice interior with a semi open kitchen which is really fun to watch especially on dates! There is also a Ramen shop and another Asian restaurant all in the same parking lot which is super convenient and this area is a new favorite hot spot for me! The dishes are priced very fairly and the quality and speed at which the food came was perfect! Staff was very friendly as well.
A delightful spot for great Pho! I started with the Edamame with the Garlic Soy sauce, absolutley delicious with great flavor. Then an order of the Chili wontons which had just the right punch of heat paired with a tender yet flavorful filling. The main course was their #101 Rare steak, Brisket, Tendon, Tripe and Beef Balls. This had temendous flavor, deep rich broth, tender meat. Overall this whole meal was a delight and the staff was attentive to all our needs and willing to make menu recommendations. I'd highly recommend Simply Pho if you're looking for a high quality meal, quick and delicious!
If you're looking for a wonderful pho or Chinese restaurant in Salem, this is it! I was lucky to have a friend recommend this place to us. Word of mouth is great, but a good review can't hurt!
You can check out their menu on their website, it's full of tasty plates. There's more traditional Chinese items and Pho too. Something for everyone here! You can get tofu /vegetables if you're looking for vegetarian/vegan options.
We brought our daughter (3 years old) here and they were accommodating for her with booster seat and cup with a lid. She loves a variety of food and really enjoyed the spicy tofu!
The service was great and we could tell the staff all worked together as a team for everyone to have a good experience.
We appreciated how clean and well maintained this place is! There's not a ton of seating and was busy when we came for dinner, but we were comfortable.

Absolutely an amazing experience. The food was delicious even when I took it to go. The waitresses helping me were kind and had amazing customer service. The place was clean and the food came out in the time frame I was told. Had sauces and utensils up front so you can grab exactly how much you need. Will be ordering again thank you
The food was absolutely delicious! I called ahead while driving home from a long day. They had the food ready right when I got there. I let it sit for about 30 minutes after I got home, and the broth was still quite warm. The spring rolls were PACKED; the peanut butter sauce was sweet and delicious. The employees were also nice! They keep packets of Sriracha, soy sauce, and hosin as well as chopsticks, spoons, and forks for you to take as you need. I recommend stopping by either for to go or eat in; they did have open tables, and I stopped around 7 pm!
