If I could give less than 1 star I would. This used to be a good, convenient Dunkin to go to but it is awful now. They almost never get the order right anymore and they're rude about it. Time for me to find another Dunkin.

Very rude no matter what time you go and the coffee is avg. If you use the app to order and they don't have it. They will not refund you so be wary. And don't order munchkins after 1030-11am the are always out
The manager at the canal str location is very rude ! She could use some teaching on manners.. She is always disrespectful to customers..
Not impressed. Rude guy taking the order at the drive thru. Ordered a wake up wrap. No egg or bacon!!
Great store with great service. Staff are friendly and they usually have quick service. Very close to Salem State University so it does get busy in the mornings before class hours. There is a druive thru and seating.
