They have really delicious food! They seem underrated I feel like they should be talked about more! Only complaint is the prices are pretty high but I guess I expect that since they seem like a pretty fancy restaurant. Atmosphere is nice music is upbeat and cultural. The restaurant itself is really lovely.
We've never had a bad meal or service. We can always rely on Cactus Taverna to be consistent in their quality. A wonderful place to go to celebrate or enjoy a nice meal.
The crab dip and pita chips are to die for ! Surf and turf was on point! Casie was a wonderful waitress, and the hostess was so great! She made a napkin rose with my son and he had a blast learning to do it with her! The saxophonist made the ambience even sweeter. We love it here! :-)
This is one of my favorite restaurants, period. This unassuming place at the end of a strip mall gives you the feel of a high end establishment. My wife and I both had one of the seafood specials which were both fantastic. As always the owner comes around and greets all of the customers giving his own personal touch. Go out of your way to visit if you're in the area.
Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable server. Dan, I think his name was.
Varied and different menu than most restaurants. Lots of seafood options.
Salsa was just excellent. Big, tomato flavor.
My vegetable fajitas were okay, but nothing to write home about. Sort of a strange selection of vegetables for fahitas in my mind. Green beans, tomatoes, onions. I might have gone with onions, peppers, zucchini. Maybe the green beans were just what's in season. The rice and beans on the side were not worth eating.
My companion ordered the stuffed chicken. It wasn't stuffed, but smothered in sauce and crab meat. With a side of green beans. He said it was good enough, but nothing amazing.
Fantastic food. Excellent service and well managed for covid.
This was an unexpectedly great place. Traveling through, I was in the mood for Mexican and figured a strip mall Mexican place would have generic tacos and burritos served at uncomfortable plastic booths. Stepping in, I was greeted by the hostess and seated quickly. The decor was dark oak wood and pristine white table clothes. They had a complete drink menu and I chose their red sangria. Very refreshing. They had several seafood apps but I went for the habenaro wings. Yummy! (and not too hot). I had the grouper entree which came with beans and rice on the side and a generous serving of fresh green beans. It was all excellent. It wasn't cheap, but worth every penny.
One of the best restaurants in Salisbury! Great selection, variety, and great service! Salisbury is lucky to have a place like this
