My wife and I came here for our anniversary and we received excellent service. The food was great. Make sure that you save some room for desserts because those may have been the highlight the cream Brulé was amazing.

We went as a family to The Roof.
There were 3 things that stood out.
1. The view is amazing. Especially at night, you get a beautiful view of the nearby Temple square and the expanse of the city lights.
2. They have a live pianist who was playing beautiful music the entire night. She is very talent
We had the dinner the last day when we visit the city. Very nice view of Tabernacle and the temple. it has live piano playing. it's a buffet style and the food quality is good. it's a good place for special celebration.

Why waste time with a lot of words. Service was above top notch. Food was perfect. The view was amazing. If you visit Salt Lake City and dont go to The Roof, you've wasted the trip.
Such a fun experience! My only complaint is that because it is Buffett style that by the time you get the meat it’s a little cold. Other than that it was very good and the desserts are to die for!
We really love the views, and try to make it up here during the holidays, when you reserve your table, you can ask for something by the window, then you can get something that looks down on the lights. So, so delicious!!! The view from the roof is amazing. When we told them we were there for our anniversary, they made us a little sign for our table.

My wife and I loved this place. The service has always been exceptional. The atmosphere of the restaurant is our favorite part. I loved it enough that I become a pianist there for a few years before they closed for renovations.
