This was one of the best restaurants I’ve been to at Salt Lake City. I got personal recommendations from each employee. Leonardo recommended the lamb. My friend and I both got it and we devoured it. There was no meat left haha. Patricia recommended the honey bee cocktail. I had 2, excellent choice. Rene recommended the huckleberry peach cobbler. They were super attentive, I got excellent service! Would come to Utah just to eat this food again.

Very high class restaurant inside the hotel. Nice menu selection with and even bigger alcohol menu. Prices are expensive, but quality of the food is impeccable. Celebrating my wife's birthday and they surprised her with an on-the-house dessert that was delicious. Staff was helpful and very friendly.

Everything 10/10 !! Our waitress Hayley was absolutely wonderful. Checked on us regularly, always had a smile, and just overall great. I had the Lamb Chops, honey glazed carrots, and Gouda Mac & cheese. For dessert we had the huckleberry cobbler with the ice cream and when I say that was the best dessert I’ve ever had. Definitely will be coming back to this restaurant when I visit Utah again.

We had an amazing time at The Rare Room. We were serviced by René and Connor. They were friendly, fun, and spoke Spanish to our family of 4. We ordered cocktails, appetizers, sides and dessert. This was such a great way to experience some of what they had to offer. The service was quick and the food was delicious. We ordered the butter board, 4 sweet corn and saffron bisque, millionaire’s bacon, gouda mac and cheese with bacon, the truffled potato gratin, and the pecan pralin brownie sundae. Everything was tasty and flavorful. The butter board and the millionaire’s bacon are a must have. We all shared and it was plenty of food. The only feedback we had was that the soup could have been hotter. The flavor and spice was perfect! Thank you Connor for making our evening an experience!

We went to Spencer's to celebrate my birthday while we were in Salt Lake City. The food, service, and atmosphere were all amazing! I had the salmon that was sushi grade and cooked to medium perfection. The scallops were delicious as well. My husband had the corn bisque and tomahawk pork, and those were huge as well as delicious. The humongous gouda macaroni and cheese side was probably enough for 4 people, as we shared it and still had enough for a small meal later. We also got the Creme Brule for dessert, and they wrote Happy Birthday in chocolate on the plate around the desert dish. That was scrumptious! They later comped the dessert to help us celebrate my special day. It was all over an exceptional experience, and I highly recommend this place!

I enjoyed a couple of dinners and take out from Spencer’s while attending a conference here and the food is delicious. The dining room service is excellent as well. I highly recommend the crème brûlée with some type of candied honey- it’s divine.

Great flavorful food and great atmosphere. All the food was amazing, the steaks were very well seasoned with perfect temperature. Desserts were great too! Our host Jessica and Raul were attentive, friendly and very accommodating to our time frame and plans. Celebrated our anniversary here and would do it again.

Spencer’s was amazing! The food was so good! Our server, Jessica, was so kind and attentive to us. Rene was helping us, too, & he was awesome! Jung made us the prettiest dessert platter to help us celebrate our 27th anniversary. Best service I’ve ever had at any restaurant!

Went to Spencers for the second time last night. Since it was our anniversary we wanted to have a more memorable dining experience and once again, we were not disappointed. The ambiance here is just what we were looking for. We had a table in a quiet part of the restaurant. There was just a calm and comfortable feeling being there. Every item we ordered was wonderful. The ribeye and cowboy were both cooked and seasoned perfectly. My favorite desert is the Huckleberry Cobbler. Our server, Jessica did an amazing job explaining the options and making the experience memorable. She was patient, knowledgeable and never made us feel rushed. We will absolutely be returning again.
