We received friendly and attentive service from our server Charlie. We tried five sushi rolls and they were all excellent! Our favorite was the Jenny roll. Everything tasted fresh. Food presentation was good, especially the mussel shooters. Overall a good experience for our anniversary.

Tried this place for the first time. It was delicious! We ordered 3x rolls and the salmon wontons. All were delicious and high quality. Rolls were Vegas, Jennie, and Shrimp Tempura I believe.

I was so pleasantly surprised when I tried tsunami on 9th. The sushi was so flavorful and everything seemed well balanced. Even the fried items were well done and didn’t leave an oily taste in the mouth. This is now our go-to sushi spot!
After a long trip and flight back I really desperately wanted a bowl of miso soup and some plain rice, that was it. This place has AMAZING service. Their atmosphere and waiters definitely stand out! The male manager on duty seemed a bit annoyed when we came in and didn't try to hide it, but our waitress was amazing!!! The sushi itself isn't too special. I’ve always had great sushi at tsunami. I can’t remember all the names of the rolls we got but they were all so tasty.
We had an appetizer with beef asparagus and a teriyaki sauce. It’s by far my favorite thing at tsunami.
In addition to the excellent food and service, I had a time restriction the rest of my party didn't share. They were able to rush my meal with the rest of the appetizers and let me leave to be my appointment on time. My only hope is that next time I go I actually have time to savor it!
This savory sushi place was simply incredible! We sat at the bar and had access to sushi quickly. The service was great and the food was delicious!
The waitress was nice and thoughtful when the original rolls we wanted were sold out. We spent more time waiting than we did eating them because they were so delicious!
First time here. Absolutely amazing! We had a dishes and both were amazing. Staffs are very friendly too. Just a FYI, they don’t open on Sundays and Mondays.
A Salt Lake City classic now. The Sushi chef's here know their regulars and know their favorite cuts. Always fresh and always excellent service at the bar top.

My sister and I came here recently and loved it! Everything was extremely fresh, and the server was very knowledgeable about the menu. He gave us some awesome recommendations.
Over all good great service and atmosphere! Our server was very kind and helpful, and the food was very good! The only issue I had was the portion on one of the regular rolls felt halved compared to another I had ordered.
