This wonderful coffee shop did breakfast and break catering for a training I had to provide food for. Emily worked with me and provided just what I needed. I was even able to pay beforehand so I didn't have to upon pick up. Everything was ready when I arrived and I also received help packing up my car with everything. The food was delicious! Wayyyyy better than anything I've received from other caterers. I will definitely be back. Both personally and for my catering needs.

I've been going to Sugar House Coffee for years and my love for it has only grown more and more. Great coffee, good food, amazing service (shoutout to Jadie and David for being the best baristas ever), and a really nice, laid back atmosphere: Come here to catch up with old friends, do some homework, or relax with a good book and an even better cup of coffee.

Sugar house Coffee is an amazing, fun place to grab a cup of coffee. The food is great. Atmosphere is wonderful.
The Saturday entertainment is a great start to the weekend. Very laid back, great food and an amazing atmosphere. I love going here and I don't even drink coffee! I've enjoyed many conversations with different people who were previously unknown to me, but whom I've enjoyed a little slice of time with just because the place is friendly like that!
The people are what make SHC great! The baristas here are super friendly and knowledgeable, and every beverage is consistent. I’d just like to give a kudos to the owners for being so inclusive and having all-gender restrooms, as well as an emergency tampon stash. Those little touches go a long way and are very appreciated. S/O to Spencer who I also adore.
Great coffee and food. They even have vegan muffins and cinnamon buns. The place was crazy busy and the barista was running around like a mad man and still so friendly and chipper. Love it.
I'm a huge fan of Starbucks' green tea frappucinos. Their frozen matcha latte was just as good (and probably healthier). Really creamy. I like how there are alternatives to coffee since I don't like most coffee drinks (like smoothies).
Purple Haze is my favorite drink ! Sometimes ice cold and sometimes hot , just like some men I’ve dated . Lol!
The breakfast bowl tasted fantastic and healthy!!! The coffee is always great and the atmosphere always welcoming.

A funky, local coffee shop with a nice selection of drinks and some food items. There's local art and merch for sale inside. Kind of an odd comment but the bathroom is really neatly decorated. The layout of the place is a bit crammed however, the line is long and there isn't room to freely move from the pickup area to the tables when there's a long line. There's a fair amount of tables and chairs but they're not the most comfortable/cozy. I saw one comfy chair but that's about it, therefore it's not a place I would sit and hang out at for a while but I did like the vibe. The sandwhich was fine but I didn't care for the Matcha. My friend got the Mayan mocha and that was good.

This is a staple in the Sugarhouse area. If you haven’t been you need to. I have been coming here for over 10 years and I am impressed with its consistency in the message and offerings to the community. The food and beverage options are excellent. This is definitely a hub for community. I highly recommend.

I ordered a breakfast bagel and an iced oat milk Purple Haze which has lavender, white chocolate, and coconut. The coffee was so tasty with the perfect level of sweetness and coffee balance.
Lots of tables with power outlets for working on your computer solo or with a group. There's also an outdoor sitting area in the back.
Saturday was really busy with a long line to order for most of the day, but the staff got through the line quickly, professionally, and politely! I will definitely be coming back.
Fantastic coffee house, safe and loving for everyone, very cool place. Had great iced lattes, a turkey sandwich, bagel with avocado and a lemonade. All coffe houses should strive to be this welcoming.
I appreciate this place so much. It has been for the longest time, a safe place for lgbtqia+ people to gather and have a great time. It can get crowded at times, but it's expected with exceptional service like this. My favorite one is the latte with cayenne in it; I forgot the name but it's great!
Good coffee, awesome staff, sufficient parking space. The interior is ok but I wish they make it more livelier. It's been like that for a while and a bit dated but there is that potential for sure. Nonetheless, everything's great.
Super friendly service, great prices (at least compared to the east coast!!). Loved the chagaccino mushroom cappuccino, which I got iced. Sat outside on the patio, which was pretty busy for 11am on a Monday. Would definitely come back!
The ambiance here is wonderful. My wife and I feel super safe. We have been a couple of times now and we love their chia pudding, and their quiche. Typically they have delicious looking desserts and foods with a bit of variety. Their new mushroom drink is really good. Their coffee is also strong and on point. My wife drinks decaf and said they make a good latte. This is a good place for the LGBT community as well.
Great little local joint. First time here, the guy was super nice and patient while I figured out the drink I wanted. Grabbed the pesto, tomato avacado toast...made with local bread it is legit!! Delicious and great coffee too! Shop and support local ...this little place is a GEM!! DEFINITELY give it a try!

Great coffee shop with plenty of vegan options. Sells vegan sweets from local bakery Sweet Hazel. Also, vegan burrito and bagel options were superb.
Sugar House Coffee never misses with its menu. I am not a huge coffee fan but their sandwiches and smoothies are some of the best I've ever had. Its a great environment to study and I love the outdoor space! My favorite coffee shop in Salt Lake.
leaving this review simply because i am amazed at the bright cheery attitude of the cashier up front every time. you all know who i’m talking about ! this man deserves a raise ! without fail always makes me laugh, smile, and feel good. it ain’t easy to always have the brightest attitude each and everyday, but somehow, this special person does it. <3
This place is amazing! Not only do they have delicious drinks and a great selection of food, but they have an inviting and inclusive environment. You can tell everyone employed here puts their love and soul into it and it shows. Everything from drink to atmosphere, I adore this place and highly recommend it - support local! Hands down, anything you get here is leaps and bounds better than Starbucks.
Great place. Lines can be long. Expect 10 minutes wait in line. Good stuff to eat and drink. Extra good atmosphere. Play chess here often. Community oriented.
I used to frequent this place a TON! I mean like everyday essentially, and obviously there's a reason. This place has an electric pulse that just pulls you in. The staff are what makes this place truly electricfy, they are some of the most interesting, kind, and genuine people I have ever had the pleasure of being acquainted with. I loved this place so much that ever since I started coming around, I was asking for a job! I've met so many awesome people here, if not coming for the coffee, you definitely need to come here for the people.
