Tried Braza Grill right tonight on recommendation from my Brazilian friend. It's like Tucanos or Rodizio Grill but less Americanized.
You know how you go on a cruise and they have a place to wash your hands before you eat? They have that, you're asked to do that before you go in.

Gets pretty busy on Saturdays. Great meats. Salad bar is just OK. Service speed can be a hit or miss. Our favorite is the side order of chicken hearts. No one does them better! They have a birthday club (sign up for emails and you can eat free on your birthday)
I have tried two other Brazilian steakhouses in the SLC area, and this one is the best by far.
1. It isn't downtown, so parking is very easy
2. Very competitive on pricing
3. Relaxed atmosphere, better choice if you have small children

The owner, J.R., is so awesome... He makes everyone feel like they have come home for a fabulous meal. The staff is so nice & very prompt with their service. I LOVE how clean the place always is no matter when we come. 🩷♥️🩷♥️🩷♥️🩷

I love This place it is the best Brazilian steakhouse. The vibe is nice and calm unlike others steak houses of the same nature, feels more cosy and relaxing. No Long lines around the food bar or FN drums going off, to damage my calm. The owner takes a hands on approach and feels like they care. Pric
Amazing food. Every item brought to the table was delicious. My favorite was the top Sirloin because of the meat to marbling ratio. Their grilled pineapple is incredible and even the salad bar has plenty of delicious options.
We have been customers since 2003 or 2004...hard to remember. But we have been to both their Murray and Lehi locations. We are treated like family and the food is always wonderful. They have a great wine list, and I would go just for the Malbec! We have never been even slightly disappointed in Braza
Meat was often over cooked. I asked for medium rare (mal passado) and still got well done. The grilled pineapple didn’t have the awesome crust like Tucano’s. Salad bar was decent. Strange cheese bread, more like muffin cheese bread instead of balls. Noodles were super mushy. Not as busy as Tucanos b

The steak was perfect med rare. Chicken was juicy. Oh and Get the Brazilian soda, it will satisfy you more then Ron Jeremy did to those 1000 women he had relations with. All the meat the was brought out was great. Service was prompt and friendly. The salad bar was fresh and well stocked.
