We arrived at red robin me and my little boy.. Host took about 1 minute 30 seconds to greet us. She took us back to a table both tables on either side of us were dirty and being cleaned by buss boy. Server took 3 minutes 20 seconds to talk to us and ask for our drinks. It took him 2 minutes 10 secon
This isn't a franchised Red Robin but they still honored my birthday burger which was really nice. There was just something off with the French fries like they were too crisp or something but they still tasted great! The food is never disappointing here and we had a great meal. We love Red Robin. The food is great and the endless fries are the best. I miss the French onion soup among other items they removed with the new menu line up. Good food and typical prices.
6/12/2019 - I am impressed with the quality of the food. I really enjoyed the BLTA sandwich, really good. My husband ordered a burger and said that it is delicious. We also enjoyed the steak fries surprisingly since we are not a fan of steak fries, their fries sauce is amazing as well as their ranch

Service was fast and food wasn't bad. We came during dinner rush on a Tuesday and it wAsn't super busy. One of our burger was done protein styled and my friend liked it a lot, it's supposed to be "bottomless" fries but it takes a while for them to refill everytime we ran out.
