I took my two kids to Blue Lemon in Cottonwood Heights and we really enjoyed it! It's great to be able to find something that will satisfy everyone including the kiddos. My son loved the signature burger and my daughter liked the mac and cheese and tomato soup. I ordered my go-to: the pear and gorgonzola salad. The only critique I have is that the mac and cheese came out cold but they warmed it right up and my daughter was happy. Everything tasted fresh and really good! I hope to go back soon!
Blue Lemon has always been one of my favorite restaurants. I have tried many different foods here and am always satisfied with the amazing taste and quality. They have so many delicious options, it’s a struggle not to order everything off their menu. This includes their desserts and adorable holiday themed sugar cookies. The restaurant space is pretty big and the environment is very welcoming. I’ve never had a bad experience here, and doubt that I ever will. 10/10 would recommend.
I always have to get their butternut squash soup on the side, no matter what else I’m having! It is SO GOOD. Last night I tried the steak and shrimp tacos and they were both tasty! I appreciated that they broke everything out for my to-go order so that I was able to assemble it when I got home without fear of it getting soggy.
The quality and taste of the mushroom and Swiss burger is a 10/10. Many places claim to be gourmet, but I think Blue Lemmon is one of the few places that actually are. Sweet potato fries were nice and crispy. Their fry sauce is delicious, but didn’t eat much of it because the fries were so good on their own. I took away 1 star from this otherwise 5-star experience due to the uneven ratio of portion size to price. Either the price needs to come down a bit, or the portion size increased a bit. Regardless, I am definitely coming back.
It’s a great fresh restaurant that hit the spot for dinner. Tonight we tried the gnocchi and salmon entrees. Both were full of veggies and made for a delicious meal!! I love the steak and tacos here as well. I forgot to photograph dishes before my boyfriend ate most of the salmon. Generous portions served here!!
Absolutely amazing! Some of the best fast food I have ever had! The service was quick yet the food was prepared perfectly and everything I ordered was so delicious. The employees were also very kind and the prices were reasonable as you get a large portion of tasty food for the amount you pay. I will be ordering again soon!
The food was fresh and good and all had a twist of unique flavors but I was not expecting to pay around 50 dollars for dinner (just my wife and I). But it is a nice atmosphere and unique foods. I would recommend it for a fun night out.
The moten cake is also fantastic.
Lemon Grilled Chicken BLT- It was delicious. A little pricey but over all worth it. Nice clean environment. Upon order we were given a choice of a side, side salad or sweet potatoe fries. Not a huge fan of sweet potatoes. They had other side item and I don't understand why they weren't offered. I enjoyed the salad but I would have appreciated other options. Otherwise a delightful experience.
The food here was delicious! My friend and I just finished a long hike up Big Cottonwood Canyon and we were starving. The location was great. The service was fast and friendly. I ordered the Thai Chicken Lettuce Wrap and I 100% recommend it. Yummy! The restaurant was clean and I felt very comfortable dining here. Overall this was a great dining experience.

Restaurant was spotless inside, we ordered to go and the food came out super quick. Got the black bean ravioli and the tropical curry bowl and we would 10/10 recommend both. We will definitely be going back to get them again. We have eaten there multiple times and tried most items on their menu and have never been disappointed with a meal. Always snag a sugar cookie when you’re there too, they are the best!
This has been my go-to place to eat off I-215 for three years! The food I order is always on point and the staff is always friendly and courteous. I hadn't been in a couple months because I moved and when I came back tonight an employee that I used to see regularly but never spoke to much came over and asked how I had been and mentioned that he hadn't seen me in a while. How nice to be noticed! Thank you for a consistently great experience!
The service was great and food was delicious. I was getting over a migraine when I went there so I didn't want something too seasoned. I asked if I could taste the tomato bisque to make sure it wasn't overly flavored. The employee at the desk was very happy to get me a small sample. It was perfect so I ordered a bowl. It hit the spot and I left feeling so much better. Blue Lemon never disappoints.
Blue Lemon catered a work luncheon and did a great job accommodating our large order and our special requests. The catering manager was great to work with, the food was ready right on time and the staff was super friendly and helped load up the food to be transported. Food tasted great! We will be using Blue Lemon again!
The food is good but quite expensive. It's $10.50 + tax for a fettuccine that wasn't all that big... And an extra $4 to add some chicken to it‽‽ That's just plain crazy pricing.
That said, I enjoyed the pasta (7/10) and was left full, so it's not like I had a bad experience. I just wouldn't recommend it to people who like to pay normal prices for food.
The dining area was very spacious and clean as far as I could tell. It has a simple, modern feel to it.
Location is very convenient. It's right off of the 2000 E southbound exit on I-215. It will seriously take 1 minute (maybe two if you wait at the only light between I-215 and Blue Lemon) and you're turning right into the plaza. You can also turn into the plaza easily from Fort Union Blvd from either direction. There is plenty of parking.
Blue Lemon is great if you want something healthy with a twist. They have yummy salads and entrees. The butternut squash soup is to die for - it's very sweet, almost like a dessert. Last time we visited, we ordered the lettuce wraps and street tacos. Very good! I also love the flourless chocolate cake. It's really rich, so you can take it home and have some later.
This place knows how to make food! Every single item I've tasted I've fallen in love with! I love their Asian salad. It's super healthy, but also incredibly filling.
My all time favorite thing here is their artichoke dip. This is a MUST. It comes with fresh veggies and pitas bread. It makes for a great snack, appetizer, or if you're in it solo, a great meal!
Blue Lemon is really good. Every thing I have tried here I have enjoyed. I haven’t disliked anything. I recommend getting the Chicken Philly Panini and the tomato bisque soup. So delicious. I also love how the food has a nice presentation on your plate.
