I have stopped at this location a total of 4 times. The 2nd time I was shorted 1 sandwich and didn’t notice until I got home. I called and they said they put my name for a replacement. (Never went and claimed it) Since then I never went back until recently. The past 2 times I have noticed a huge imp
Usually come here to get something close to home. They said “we are in the middle of a shift change we will be down for 15-20 min” we waited over an hour and still no service. But when I was served they were very kind and professional. Cool people at the end of the day.
This Arby's gets pretty busy at times but is generally always clean and they were quick and friendly.
Went during lunch rush. Service was good. Food was good. Some places the food will suffer when it's super busy. I never see this with Arby's. 9 out of 10 times the food is right on point.
I love the Reuben at Arby's. This specific location is inside a Loves truck stop. It seems to be open 24/7. Also, the tables around the room next to the walls have an outlet underneath each table.

The food is always dependable at this Arbys; it's yummy and well put together. Their service has always been 3 / 5 stars - long wait sometimes and not the best customer service. I still go to this Arbys location often because the food is awesome.

Very courteous and personable young man at drive thru window. Food was very good. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because there were no napkins, or sauces put in the bag with our order.
The food is good the service is good, but they are located in a truck stop and my big dually truck has issues with small drive thrus.
Really quick service. The food was hot and fresh. I always order double meat and these guys load it up. The curly fries are always fresh. The staff here are friendly and definitely make you want to come back. Stull no inside dining but they are quick in the drive through.
