Great bagels and great schmear! Also, they're surprisingly fast! I love the grab and go box option for people in a hurry like I was at the time. The price was decent, too! This is a very busy location, so they run out of different bagels early in the day. Today I called ahead to make sure they had plain bagels so I would not drive over there for nothing. Einstein's has delicious regular and gourmet bagels as well as really good sandwiches. I like that calorie info

I have had a lot of bad experiences at other Einstein's with them messing up my order, and these people did, but when i went in to talk to the general manager they informed me they had trainees, but took my feedback seriously and even though I said I wasn't concerned with a refund or a new sandwich

I ordered catering from their website last night. They arrived on time and stayed while I waited for someone to unlock in facility we were at. Jen waited 25 mins with me so she could set up for us. The bagels were delicious as always and the customer service was impeccable! Thanks Jen!

parking is the issue ... the UPS store there is very busy and their customers take a lot of the parking ... normal bagles - because of their freshness ... I choose them for bagels over the grocery stores

This place is awesome, they have the best customers too. A customer in front of us paid for our coffee, while we were in uniform. They are amazing. Shout out to a military friendly place.
