At last ..real barista espresso coffee, our 8oz Latte’s were rich and smooth and made with love. Looking for great service and smooth sugar free coffee that isn’t flavored milk with a hint of industrial tasting coffee...here’s the place while transiting via Salt Lake City Airport.

Local Coffee Shop in an airport! Nice to see a locally owned and locally roasting coffee shop in the SLC airport. My barista Stacie was excellent and poured a perfect little mocha this morning. Yay!

Millcreek coffee roasters is a local coffee shop. They roast their own beans and are really passionate about their coffee and quality. Their branch in downtown is really good and all the drinks are spot on. This location at the airport is a bit more expensive, which is no surprise considering it's in the airport. Also, their beverages are not as good compared to the downtown location. Still, it's pretty good coffee and I like their flat whites. Certainly better than Starbucks or any of the other chains. Service is excellent here. They are very friendly and take an effort to get to know you.

The lady helping us in the morning was very good at her job. She was quick and accurate and very efficient. She would serve 3 people at once with no mistakes. The coffee was fantastic, some of the best we’ve had and in our opinion, way better than Starbucks.

I wanted to try a local coffee place versus the Starbucks/Seattle's Best Coffee that was in the airport and I was not disappointed!! They service was friendly and their barista was fast. The drink I got (16 oz latte with 1/2 cinnamon & 1/2 caramel at their regular sweetness level) was super good and made a lasting impression!!! So much so that I was contemplating getting a second drink for an hour before we boarded our next flight (which I totally would have done if I didn't get so jittery with extra espresso)! XD The next time I'm here I'll definitely be back!! Keep up the good work! :)

TLDR: Great tea options, lavender syrup! I found this place about a year ago when I had a very long layover and literally walked the entire airport (more than once). I don't drink coffee, so I'm always looking for places that show us tea drinkers some love (not just limited varieties of cheap tea in hot water). Millcreek Coffee Roasters did not disappoint! My go-to drink is a London fog (Earl Grey latte with vanilla), but this place has lavender syrup, which is even better! Now I always try to stop when I fly through SLC. Definitely worth the walk down the C concourse. Good drinks and friendly service, what more could you want? Oh yeah, it's local!

Triple Latte and 2 chocolate chunk cookies a couple hours before boarding the plane. Coffee was good and I would have prefered that the cookies were stored in a cooled area. But you have to take what you can get, and airport food at times enjoyable. But in reality it is nothing different than what you get on the 'outside', the only difference is if you buy anything at an airport you are in as a captive audience. You buy it, it is going to cost you dearly, cheap meals are not what you will ever have at any airport.

As a frequent business traveler to SLC, there is nothing I like better than finding a great local coffee spot (with delicious coffee) to keep me "motivated". I'm so glad Millcreek Coffee Roasters fills that spot in this city, both downtown and at the airport. I go out of my way if I'm traveling out of a different terminal to go to C and get Millcreek so I don't have to succumb to Starbucks. I truly hope that with all of the construction at the airport, the planners make an intelligent choice and keep Millcreek in the new facility and possibly in a more central location so more travelers can experience the delicious local treat that is Millcreek. PS - their chocolate is delicious also!

I love love love the drinks and the coffee here! The baristas here are freiendly, fast, and efficient. I love going and seeing everyone when I'm at the airport. Since discovering Millcreek Coffee Roasters, I avoid Starbucks; even when I'm out of town. And still have never found espresso drinks as good as here. And when they you ask for an extra shot, but then they mix a little more than what fits in your cup, you will still get the leftover drink in a mini cup so your extra shot isn't wasted. Total plus! Also... their Gingersnap cookies are the best!

Great coffee and breakfast bagels. Can be busy, but they manage it well. The owner seemed a bit perturbed that I plugged my laptop into an outlet. She actually unplugged it without saying anything to me. It was a bit strange. Almost as if she thought I wouldn't notice

Great service!!! Great food and coffee. Banana muffin is a must try. Any one of their brownies is great. I can only hope they get a larger space to work in at the new SLC airport.

Much better than average coffee for an airport. It smelled like a real coffee shop, and the staff was very friendly. It's worth the walk down terminal C to upgrade from Starbucks

I got a steamed soy milk here. The people were very friendly and the soy milk was great. They also serve coffee and snacks. It's really convenient to have in the terminal, because otherwise I'd have to walk a long way to get coffee.

In an airport without a whole lot of coffee options, this is a great little coffee shop serving up great coffee and espresso paired with friendly and expedient service. Worth the walk to get coffee if you're coming from another terminal.
