Excellent beer selection, as well as a moderate selection of spirits (tequila, rum from what I saw). Quality of the beer was great - love the different style glasses for the beer style too. Nice touch. Venue is very spacious indoor and outdoor. We enjoyed the outdoor area and were serenaded by a 70’s and 80’s DJ spinning vinyl (not digital - true vinyl). Food trucks every day of the week.
Love coming to this brewery! Lots of beer options, tons of games, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The bathrooms are really clean, which is a weird thing to say but they're noticeably very clean/nice for public restrooms.
Everything about this place is AMAZING! Huge selection of beers...and Everything we tasted was high-quality and flavorful. They serve legitimate German pretzels...not just those frozen ones! And they have that GOOD spicy Mustard. They had a few other snack options...including 'Deez Nutz' and a food truck in the parking lot. Honestly, just an awesome experience and great atmosphere
Great beer selection, staff, etc. Some very good styles you may not find elsewhere. Food truck outside is a plus. Overall a great experience but wow can this place get crowded.
I LOVE this place. Such a cool clean vibe. The patio was amazing. Fire pits and comfy seating. One of the best brewpubs I’ve ever been to. The staff were all amazing and helpful and I think it’s some of the best beer in the state. Really cool funky beer options as well as high quality made classics. They have small bar bites but I enjoyed a choripan from the Argentine food truck out front. I will make it a point to visit every time I’m in town. It was amazing.
Really solid bar and brewery experience
Knowledgeable staff, kill atmosphere, tasty beers. Been here twice in 3 days and it will definitely become a regular spot for me.
So glad I stumbled on this place. While a bit off the beaten path (whatever that may be in SLC) it’s for sure worth going to if you’re seeking a German style beer…mmhmm, I mean bier, and a few small bites. Staff is friendly (I had Ryan, who hand wrote the WiFi for me, and Bear as my servers—both awesome), beer is German style and tasty! I had an American Ave Pale Ale, Nitro cold foam Stout and Schwarzbier…every one of them delicious. Pretzel was warm, soft and salted to perfection—only adjustment I’d say is to warm the cheese sauce. It was served cold which kinda takes away from a soft and tasty pretzel. It’s served with that and mustard. Cute and spacious patio. I arrived mid afternoon on a cold and snowy day so it was a bit quiet, but picked-up quite a bit in an hour. Overall recommend going. 🍻
Ryan was excellent! He knew the ins and outs of the beer, brewing process, and the best ways to drink beer. They have a huge variety of beers canned and draft, along with a nice yet small selection of tasty snacks. Food trucks are there almost every day if you desire something more hearty. Outdoor seating in the summer too!!
Favorite brewery in Salt Lake! They have tons of really cool beer flavors (lots of ciders) and this one has a more upscale feel than a lot of the other breweries in the area, in a good way. Worth checking out!
The staff here is so attentive and so amicable! We’ve been here twice; sat at the bar and outside and both times, regardless on how busy they are, they’ve been on top of it. We love the outside patio sitting area. Our favorites are the Tangelo Berliner Weisse and the Coconut Guava Berliner Weisse! If you love sours, these are it! Just the right amount of tart and sweet with mellow undertones.
They also have board games and the music is top notch!
Great brewery! Waitstaff was friendly and made some good suggestions. German brews were delicious. Loved the kellerbier. Nice outside area with lots of tables. Food trucks available when I was there.
Really great beer in a cool location. All staff were friendly and great to interact with. Just wish I had more time for more beers. I will be back.
Amazing beer! I love the pilsner selections. The atmosphere is welcoming and servers are superb. I would come back if I lived here. My only issue is that they don't fill growlers. I don't care if the quality is slightly less than if I were drinking beer here. I'm just passing through and want to bring as much beer home with me as possible. At least they do crowlers.
It’s my first time here, but surely will not be the last. I stopped in for a beer and some food and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the beer. I had the Wicked Sea Party and it was quite tasty. Hazy, not too hoppy with an easy finish.
There was a great food truck outside as well. I love the inside of the building and the patio out back is tough to beat with plenty of seating and a couple fire pits.
This is one of the best breweries in Utah, by far. They constantly release new beers and each one does not disappoint.
They have a massive back patio with fire pits and shade. The patio is dog friendly, so people tend to bring their dogs to sit outside. Inside, there is plenty of space and seating. The music playlist is tasteful and a good volume. There are TVs usually tuned in to sports channels.
The staff are incredibly kind and good at what they do. It seems that they are treated well and have a passion for the profession.
The menu does not have much in the way of food (although the nuts pair wonderfully with the beer). This brewery hosts food trucks pretty much every day, so I recommend getting food from the truck and coming inside for a beer. They offer schnitt pours (half pours) if you're looking to keep it light.
I go here pretty much every week, you should too.
