The food was pretty good, I had never had Turkish eggs before, so I'm not sure if it was authentic, but was indulgent. The drinks also tasted as good as they looked. Everything was a little overpriced though, the plain biscuit we ordered was about $8.

HIGHLY recommend. My breakfast at The Rose Establishment was one of the best I've ever had. The brunch bowl (pictured) was maybe the best breakfast dish I've ever had. The cinnamon roll with apple jam was a great twist on a classic. The coffee was so good. And the staff & service were top-notch - nice, helpful, attentive. It was a little on the expensive side to eat here - close to $30 all in. But it was *well worth it.*

Excellent breakfast spot. I had Turkish eggs, just tasted fantastic. Great tasting coffee too. Don’t miss stopping by at this place. Also, relaxed atmosphere, a lot of place to sit. So, likely you will not bw rushed to eat and go!

This place has really good coffee and pastries. Their breakfast is good, but their portions are small. The place itself is so nice, I really want to try the rest of their menu.

I look for good coffee everywhere I go. Rarely do I find a place with the attention to detail I found here. They serve single origin espresso, and all of their espresso drinks are balanced with expertise. The best iced latte I've ever tried, the most unique and interesting single origin espresso I've found in a coffee shop, and a cappuccino that I could drink for the rest of my life. The food is pricey, but we'll worth it. The biscuit in my breakfast sandwhich was artisinal quality, and the salad dressing was delicate and intentional. Well worth the price, and absolutely worth the trip if you're looking for a world class café experience. Thanks!!!

Food and coffee was pretty good. Was really sad they ran out of bacon and substituted with avocado. Latte wasn't really hot and the food took a while to come out, but the workers there are nice. I got the diner plate and spiced latte.

Such a lovely place. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the pastries were amazing (my favorite was the chamomile tea cake), and they had great gluten free options. The coffee was awesome as well. I expected standard cafe quality coffee with such a good food menu, but it was really tasty without any added sugar or syrup. Would recommend!

Fun place and a really cute atmosphere overall. My group got a variety of snacks, treats and drinks including the Italian sandwich, scone, cinnamon roll, lemonade matcha, avocado toast and a variety of coffee drinks from the cafe (we did not dine in the restaurant). Everyone enjoyed their food and the patio made for a comfortable setting as we chatted. This avocado toast was divine, full of flavor and fresh. My only complaint is the price. Definitely more of a place where you are paying for the overall vibe and aesthetic. In total, this plate of toast and a soda cost $20. The other downside is the parking situation. Be prepared to walk from parking at pioneer park or even further if it's a day for the farmer's market. I'd go here again for sure if someone was visiting from out of town or I wanted just a cute spot to hang out.

Great, quick bite in downtown SLC. Very nice, modern, spaced out dining area, with inside and outside options. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who all seem to enjoy what they're doing and work well as a team. Super low stress also, which is great to see in this industry. Food was very fresh and flavorful and presentation was on point. The dressing on the simple salad was wonderful and should be sought-out. The biscuit that I got my egg sandwich on was perfect. The espresso and coffee I got was rich, full-flavored, and hot. The only issue I had was that I ordered a bacon and herb buscuit and it seemed different then what was on display. Maybe it was but I saw no bacon in it. Also seemed slightly undercooked but I prefer my biscuits a little softer anyway. Overall I would highly recommend and would definitely dine again. Great job to the team at The Rose Establishment! You all do this industry credit and have an excellent product that you should all be proud of!

Great place! I am a fan of their gesha blend single origin latte. It has an amazingly comforting and distinct fruity flavor profile when done right. On some occasions it’s served less than perfect :( Their Turkish Eggs sounded odd - poached eggs + yoghurt! I mustered some courage and went ahead with it. I ENJOYED it! Fresh garlic and chilli oil made the profile unique and wonderful :) Great interiors and great shaded patio.

Great and quick service. It is nice that they use the extra charge to pay their employees better. The food was ok. Out of the things we tried out the avocado toast was the tastiest. The rest of the food could use some work to be par with the prices. Overall a great place!

Wow! Good and delicious. Very fun atmosphere. Truly unfortunate that a moral-less and craven band of millionaires teamed up to commit themselves and their souls to Hell through the “Operation Rio Grande”. A plan which destroyed, criminalized, and exacerbated the issues experienced by the working class and homeless in the area. Every time I am in the Rio Grande neighborhood I think about it. The thousands of empty apartments in the city, the scheming landlords, inhuman real estate developers, and anti-renter laws ingrained in the system. We deserve better as a community. We deserve a world where no one goes hungry or homeless. We deserve empathy and care. Exactly like the care I received at The Rose Establishment. Very good service and the breakfast bowl MOTHERED with her pickled onions and salsa. Yum.

We had a very nice brunch here. The salted caramel latte with oatmilk was one of the best lattes I have ever had. The herb biscuit sandwich was also perfect. Great staff. We will be coming back.

Solely came to this restaurant to try the baklava latte & it was great! Cute little hipstery place. Service was a touch slow, but super friendly & we were in no rush so didn’t mind. Highly recommend the Turkish eggs, delicious. The reviews are right saying it is pricey for smaller portions. But it’s quality food, and even though small is VERY filling!
