Had them change order and add shakes, came out to car to tell us they were out of green tea, and then brought out wrong shakes. You can NOT make this stuff up...I ordered the new Kings Hawaiian Chicken Club and a Strawberry Cheesecake Shake; paid with my debit card and followed the order as it shows you what current step it’s in on the screen. 3-5 minutes after paying the screen displays that my order is being brought to me.

You don't listen to your customers and then instead of trying to figure it out, your response is let the next person handle it. I really don't want to give any stars but I don't know if this is allowed.

Food and service has stayed the same but at the West Main street TUPELO location, the building, parking/drive way, menus/stalls are in dire need of cleaning, at the very least and replacing at best. Come on Sonic, time to revamp this location!
