Sanchos Cantina And Cocina - San Antonio - Photo album

The food was tasty, beans were cooked but hard, rice was not rinsed well, and they lacked savory with excess of comino spice. Tacos are excellent and flavored. Carnitas tacos aren't carnitas, but carne de puerco deshebrada. Cups are plastic as well as utensils. Atmosphere is chicos banda. Staff is c
Amazing Mexican Tacos, Excellent ambience. tacos were Delicious and tasted amazing….Decent pricing…..Free car parking space exactly opposite side of the street…Don’t park behind the restaurant. Margaritas were not that effective but decent.
Food was ok, I’ve had better but the ambiance and cute place is a must visit! Top floor patio has beautiful views! Will come back and try some different foods. Staff was friendly and efficient but our cc was asked to be kept for tab, even if it is just for food/no alcohol.
First time visit as we saw many positive reviews on their nachos so we decided to check it out. The Pork Belly Loaded Nachos are Legit fantastic 👌 😋!!! The service was great, friendly, and gave recommendations.
Live music was nice. Did not like queso at all. Thick, floury and tasted of lard. Tacos were great. Prices were a surprise. There's a $13 specialty cocktail and all served in plastic cups. Entrees at $11-14. That was a surprise. I've been in nicer bathrooms in bus stations. So, that could
Absolutely love Chrissy. She is literally the best. So attentive, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to be in the presence of. Not to mention, the nachos were on point. Would highly recommend. Go see Chrissy and let her know, I referred you. I promise, you'll love it, as much as we did!
Not a family friendly vibe but there were other families present. Really good food. Not the usual bar food at all. The pork belly nachos were a great appetizer and very delicious. Bistec Torta also flavorful and delicious. Spicy chicken mini tacos were exactly that... spicy! But so good. Cold beer o
I didn't want to perfect rate this place because that can be just as bad as a 0. Honestly. I had a great time. Live music and a great staff. Food was home made out of this world! Felt like I was back at tio's house drinking beer and eating tacos! iykyk. I lost something and they helped be calmly and
Secrets out with this one. Probably the best artisan mini tacos in town. You don't come here expecting the same bland flavors you can find on every other corner here in SA. No, you come here for flavor explosions, marinated meats, homemade corn tortillas, and a great time. I'm surprised I hadn't lef
The food is really good, the atmosphere is lovely, and all of the staff is extremely friendly. Almost every single person greeted me and my friend when we went. The only compliant is have is the proportions are kind of small, but hey that’s not that bad. It’s great food so it makes up for it. Our wa
Great place to check out if you’re looking for a bite and drinks. The upstairs patio had amazing views of downtown. Drinks were affordable and adequately strong. The tacos were handmade tortillas and the empanadas were the highlight of our meal. Servers were very attentive, definitely coming back
I’ve probably been here 50 times. I live this place. Nice people. Good music. Tasty food and potent drinks! LOL. This is real, non-touristy San Antonio. Highly recommended. BTW, Jessica is an awesome server!
I was visiting from Chicago and we decided to go to Sanchos for some late night cocktails and it was definitely not a disappointment. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel like we were natives. I'm horrible with names and I feel bad because both owners introduced themselves to me but I can't rem
Aside from the best dive kitchen serving up the freshest ingredients on hometown staples at affordable prices…Todd is the best bartender to ask what tastes the Best! No frills just satisfying. Ale is the best Ask for Todd You will not be disappointed
This place is absolutely amazing. The parking is a little rough tbh, they have three separate lots so they recognize that. The Margaritas are some of the best we've ever had. Happy hour deals are pretty decent. Phenomenal chips in queso! The tortillas are made fresh everyday. Lots of options for tac
First time going here. Really good food and drinks w decent prices. Lunch /happy hour m-f 12-6pm. Comes with rice and beans for lunch only included. Good drinks also staff was pretty friendly.. Will be coming back. Gotta the love the view of your city too
The ambiance is awesome. The music was excellent, and the food was great (I wasn't gaga over the Queso and Chips, but that is more an opinion over it being bad). No complaints, really.
