We recently visited Pico de Gallo resturant. It turned out to be a Great place to eat & I'm not kidding. The hostess & waiter were very efficient whether it was with food, drinks, or just for extra napkins. He was able to answer questions about the food. Food was hot, tasty, refilled our drinks in a timely manner. Thanks for your service my Dad enjoyed it too & that's what is important to me.

Celebrated my wife's bday with a party of 25, spoke to manager that all my guest were not there and some would be late and if he could seat us. He assured me that they would sit us as soon as set up was ready and they did. Outstanding service, food was excellent. Even had Marachi's which they sang 3 songs to my wife. The waitress and waiters sang Happy Birthday to her as well. They brought plates for the cake. All I can say...We had a Great Dinner and the Wife was Happy. Couldn't ask for anything better. Would definitely go again and would highly recommend Pico de Gallo Resturant. Thank you for a Great Evening.
We’ve been coming here for years and never been let down. It’s right outside of downtown so it’s easy to get to, no congested traffic, delicious food and ice cold beer.
The Carne Asada (sirloin steak with grilled onions and peppers) was awesome. The meat was tender. The Mole was really good,thicker than what I’m accustomed to but very tasty. Charro beans were some of the best I’ve ever had. Drinks,Chips,and atmosphere were great ! Love the mariachis and decor of the restaurant. Go try it you will enjoy it. Service was excellent.

The Gallina en Mole was AWESOME. The chicken was tender and juicy smothered in a spectacularly delicious & authentic spicy mole sauce. My wife’s chicken enchiladas were quite tasty too. There was no wait at lunch for the two of us in the wonderfully decorated space. I’ll be back.
I’m from midland tx.. and it’s been a tradition to stop there first and last in San Antonio since I can remember and the food has always been great and flavorful and the staff always make you feel appreciative..
Very nice restaurant. Food was very good. Only gets four stars though cause apparently I was really the only one in my group who liked it. It’s a small restaurant but the people are so friendly. I recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to eat.
I went to have dinner. I haven't been here in years. It has always been a welcoming place to have a meal. Several open tables were clean and ready to use. I was greeted immediately and taken to a table. Chips and salsa were brought with the menu. The sweet tea was wonderful on a hot day like today. The chicken enchiladas are a must-have if you've never been here. Everything was hot and fresh. The beef fajita plate was delicious. Corn and flour tortillas were hot and perfect with the meal.
We come here for breakfast whenever we visit San Antonio. We all enjoyed our food and the customer service was good. They also offer an array pan dulce. I always enjoy a Mexican Coke with my menudo. The portions are more than enough. The only real issue I had was the corn tortillas are too thick for my liking. It makes them a bit tough. I love the decor and photo ops! Their prices are also reasonable. Other than that, it's all good. 👍

If you're in the mood for some delicious Tex-Mex cuisine in San Antonio, you definitely don't want to miss out on this gem of a restaurant. I recently had the pleasure of dining at this Mexican eatery and it was nothing short of amazing.
The puffy tacos, which I discovered were a bit of a secret menu item, were absolutely delicious. The crispy shell had the perfect crunch and was filled with savory and juicy meat. The seasoning was spot on and added just the right amount of flavor without overpowering the dish.
But the food wasn't the only thing that impressed me. The setting and atmosphere of the restaurant were also fantastic. The decor was colorful and lively, which really added to the overall experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that my dining experience was top-notch.
Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for some amazing Tex-Mex food in San Antonio. The puffy tacos are a must-try and the atmosphere is unbeatable. I would definitely give this restaurant four stars!
We love it here. We came here for my college graduation in 2013 and returned for my son's college graduation in 2023. Food and drinks were on point as always.
We woke up and went for a nice swim a the Holiday Inn Resort, but after our swim we wanted a Good breakfast so we went to Pico de Gallo. Everyone was very friendly as we were seated and were also given a pamphlet with the History of the Restaurant. Our Server Miguel was very attentive, nice and knew his Menu which made it easy to order and try something different. I ordered the Chilaquiles Oaxaqueños and it was Delicious, it was tortilla chips with shredded chicken and mole sauce, rice and beans, Along with their delicious flour tortillas and corn were good too.
I recommend you give it a try.

Such a San Antonio staple for Mexican food. Always great and consistently delicious! Margaritas seem to be forever perfect. Local celebrities often seen here. Like politicians and newscasters. Today sat next to Bexar co. Sheriff at lunch. Puro San Antonio!
One of me go to places when I visit San Antonio. The tortillas are one of the best all-around... like ever. I could just eat them with butter. The breakfast was very filling. My son ordered the oatmeal, and he loved it. If you are near, go!
Excellent food, I had the Fajita Combo Lunch Special. The taste was wonderful and the presentation was spot on as well. The Carne Asade and Chicken were cooked to perfection. Accompanied by the warm Flour Tortillas this is a San Antonio favorite I will return to soon. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend very satisfied with my experience here .loved the art they have on the walls they play nusic very soothing wait time was 20 min but it was not even 5 minutes when we were seated very attentive drom host to waiters making sure we were pleased and taken care of the food was amazing 👏 we ordered the parrillada for 2 overall 10/10 visiting from Houston will return and this is just whats left i wish i had a before
We came here for our son's graduation dinner. Food was very good unfortunately I didn't take pictures of it...my waitress was by far the best I don't remember her name ... But we had a big group and she did such a good job. Had the drinks filled at all time and made sure everything was good... We need more workers like her ... I'll put a picture of my waitress I had . She diffently deserve to have management know that this lady here is a very hard worker.
Service was wonderful even tho outdoor seating was unavailable they allowed me to dine out there and still kept an eye on me. Menudo was the yummiest ever just wish they added more hominy... But seriously tho... I'd been craving a huge delicious bowl of menudo and this one was perfectly flavored so it made my day... Thank u for the beautiful experience!
