Pros: got there at 830am on a Thursday and was sat immediately. Waitress Haley was super nice and patient (my friend got there 30 min late). Ordered the pancake platter, hash brown and the local coffee. Pineapple upside down & blueberry danish were to die for!!! Coffee was good and unlimited refills.
Cons: wasn’t a fan of the peanut butter pancake & hash brown overpriced and overrated. It was cold, dry, lacked seasoning and needed ketchup to make it better. It costs $2.25!
*Clearly a popular place. We were there for a couple of hours, definitely a wait for the lunch crowd.
Food was amazing!!! Had the ham Benedict and the green chili with barbacoa benedict. Mexican hot chocolate pancake was the best!!! And that’s because I don’t like chocolate or pancakes!!!

Holy mother of breakfast! This was by far the best breakfast I have ever had. Get the Spring Harvest and Benny Goodman with the Benny duo!
Husband and I tried Snooze the first time today and it did not disappoint. The hostess and our waitress were so sweet and friendly. I had the pancake sample, they were so good I didn't even put syrup on them. My husband had the egg Benedict (the Bella Bella) and he gave it raving reviews. We each an iced coffee, tasted amazing. We will be back.

Food was definitely worth the wait. Staff was friendly and breakfast burrito and pancakes were amazing
Went during the "peak" period on a weekend so had a 30 plus minute wait. That being said the food was excellent, the atmosphere was great and would definitely visit again. Highly recommend!
There was an hour n a half wait but they got my number to text me when our table was ready. It's in the Quarry so it was nice to stroll around and do some shopping while we waited. Mimosas were good, the food was yummy and our waitress was awesome. Can't wait to come back again!
We love this place. Been there a couple of times. We usually check in through yelp before we get there. But this time we went there around 8:15am and we could sit immediately. Their pancake flight is really good. It has 3 types of pancakes in it. The pineapple one is to die for really! This time we ordered pineapple upside down pancake and beef corned hash. We also took a side of hash-browns. All of them were good. Earlier we tried their omelettes. They’re good too! Definitely try this place. If you’re not an early riser then try checking in through yelp before going there. Usually there is a big line on weekends!
Service was great, it was well worth the wait. The food is good, Atmosphere was cute. You should French toast my daughter love it.
I ate the cornbread hash with hash browns, just cause I don’t eat eggs. But you won’t be disappointed.
Andrea was great server, very attentive and patient with us.
Food was really delicious and drinks were even better. I ordered the snooze classic and had friends order the protein breakfast and breakfast tacos. The hashbrowns were not as crispy as usual, but they were still delicious. Waiter was awesome and the atmosphere was really great.
Everything was amazing. A 3 drink maximum is the only downside!! Service is great. Food was hot and what I ordered!! They listened the 1st !!!!! Thanks guys
This charming morning spot exudes a delightful and cheerful atmosphere. As soon as I stepped inside, it felt like entering a bustling kitchen on a Saturday morning. The ambiance was fresh, inviting, and filled with the joy of shared experiences at every table. I observed people happily indulging in flights of pancakes and eggs Benedict, creating a sense of togetherness. When it came to my own order, the barbacoa and avocado Benedict's took me by surprise with their mouthwatering flavors. Each bite was a delightful explosion of deliciously layered tastes. Without a doubt, this place has earned a spot as my go-to brunch destination.
Great early breakfast spot. My old go to pancake place now opens late and this place did not disappoint. Strawberry shortcake pancakes were super fluffy and great strawberry flavor from fresh fruit. Crab and asparagus omelette was also delicious.
Inside was a bit cold so bring a jacket or sweater if that’s something you may want.
Wow! What just happened to my taste buds? Flavor was popping and the food is FRESH! Yes fresh! You can only dream of food this good every morning. Hah! Great place. We ordered the Spuds and the Sweet Potato Bacon Smash Up for a couple of awesome suggestions for the newbies!
If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. We sat at the bar, and the server/bartender was the best. With the people at the bar, we had a very immersed conversation amongst us... Bartender was literally busting rear end, and service didn't slack for a second. This was the only location in Texas that asked if I had an allergy and was very informative with all the questions we had with the menu. The food was all sourced local, and the taste of everything was worth every penny spent. The only issue we had was parking... the location is tucked back on the end of a whole shopping area, so honestly, it had nothing to do with the restaurant. Highly recommended!!!
Fat girl approved 👍🏻
The eggs are cooked perfectly! Eggs are soft, fluffy, and buttery....absolutely no burn marks! Freaking delicious!! The bacon is sweet, which I normally don't like but it wasn't overly sweet. The toast was buttered with a slight crisp 😋. Hash browns were lightly seasoned and cooked to perfection!
I went back a second time and was let down. My bacon was burnt and had that burnt taste. I asked for different bacon and I felt like I bothered my waiter because of the request. The toast was also burnt, the other side was black. The pancakes were delicious though! I had the upside down pineapple pancakes.
We went there on a Monday at @ 12:30 PM. It was packed, with a 30-minute wait time for a table for 4 people. We decided to wait.
They did not disappoint!!! The service was amazing - very attentive, friendly, courteous, and helpful. The food was out-of-this-world delicious!!!! And the portions were very generous. The atmosphere, well, I loved the table and booth setup. I was hoping to sit in one of the funky booths, but we got a normal table tucked back in the corner.
As per the Snooze standards, this was awesome. The food and service are amazing. We went on a weekday after 1pm and there wasn't a wait. Although there was a small line forming after we checked in.
I had the multigrain pancakes and they were awesome. The Chai tea was delicious. They even made it with oatmilk.
All in all this is a great place to stop by for brunch.
10 out of 10 from the service to the food. I had the shrimp and grits and a side of "bacon but different". My bacon was a tad too sweet. The snooze signature bacon was great. We also shared the signature pancake flight. Everything was tasty but the pineapple upside down one was my favorite. I also had the spicy bloody Mary with tequila. It was pretty good.
My grandson had a fried rice that is no longer on the menu. I can't remember the name but it was delicious. My daughter had the Benny Duo. Everyone enjoyed their meal including my granddaughter who can be a finicky eater. Can't remember what she had but she let me sample her bacon.
Loved the atmosphere here. Service was great and our food tasted fresh! If you get there before 9:00am there’s no wait. I can’t remember the name of my dish but it had bell peppers, ham, onions and pineapple and it was amazing. Two people eating was a little over $25 and well worth it.
Our server was great. We got our drink orders in and came right back for the food order. We didn't have to wait more than 15 minutes for the food to arrive at the table. The server came back to make sure we had everything we needed with condiments. Also, if you need the morning wake-up drink 🍸 this is the location.
We finally visited Snooze, an A.M. Eatery off Basse Road in Alamo Quarry Market for lunch yesterday on recommendations from family members who absolutely love this place! We tried once before but the place was packed. I wanted to order the Crab and Asparagus Omelet but our Server said they were out of crabmeat and recommended trying the same omelet but with shrimp instead. My omelet consisted of three cage-free eggs with a shrimp, Havarti cheese, sautéed asparagus, red onions and mushrooms. It was topped with roasted tomatoes, a drizzle of house-made cream cheese hollandaise and scallions and substituted hash browns for the side salad. The presentation was beautiful but I didn’t really care for the shrimp omelet so will definitely try the Crab omelet on my next visit. Our Server brought us a complimentary order of a Sweet Potato Pancake and it was excellent. I also ordered a Strawberry Shortcake pancake which was very good. Hubby ordered the Garden Harvest Omelet which was three cage-free eggs with sautéed asparagus, mushrooms, zucchini and red bell peppers. It was topped with a chili-lime seasoned avocado and goat cheese and served with a side of Citronette and Parmesan-dressed greens. He also ordered the Blueberry pancake, a side order of Bacon and an orange juice. He said all of his food was excellent and he really enjoyed the blueberry pancake and the sweet potato pancake. We definitely recommend and will certainly return again.
