Very pleasant atmosphere being right on the riverwalk. Service was excellent. We had a reservation and were seated right away, and at an indoor table right by the windows looking on the riverwalk. Our wait staff was very pleasant, helpful in our menu selections, and attentive to our needs. I ordered
Came here while visiting the Riverwalk, having arrived there and deciding on it after looking around along the river. Got the Meat Plate for 2 with collard greens (vegetable of the day) and potato salad. Meat and sides all were good; I liked the ribs best and my wife liked the turkey best. Good "
One of the better places to get barbecue on the river walk. The 2nd cut brisket was plenty tender and just enough smokey. If you’re looking for that smoke ring taste, the lean brisket was just right. The bread had a great honey spread with it. Drinks aren’t too expensive and the collard greens reall
8/26 past 8pm. It was three meats to go order. The attendant (female) who took my order over the phone was very courteous and accommodating. The bartender who assisted me is also nice and food came right on time. The food was ok. Mc and cheese is little overcooked however it was kinda late and assum
I had the Lean Cut Brisket which was nicely sliced. It was tender and smokey. The barbecue sauce was neither too sweet, nor too tangy. Very well balanced. The Cole Slaw was a tad too salty and the Potato Salad was too sour from the pickle relish. The bread came out warm and soft, but was too dry.
There is a lot to choose from on the Riverwalk, and there's certainly a number of BBQ places. That being said, you won't go wrong here. The food was very good and the service was excellent, especially considering it was a Saturday night. I had the smoked pepper turkey which was moist and delicious.
I wasn’t sure what to expect as I’ve had a lot of disappointment recently with various barbecue restaurants between San Antonio Fort Worth. Today was not one of those occasions. I came for BBQ and got what expected. The prices were reasonable and the taste was in point. The meat actually tasted and
Service was great. The food is good but you may find better. The brisket and turkey were a little bit dry. Ribs and chicken were good. We had the 5 meat plate for 2 and it was plenty of food. My son got a brisket sandwich and was huge.
The Cadillac Meal was plentiful & delicious. Our server Ted was extremely attentive & brimming with Southern hospitality. We will be back.
The bbq is pretty decent for a tourist spot. They give you too much food that you want to complain but should not 🤣. I would definitely try the bread on the appetizer menu comes out fresh made in the kitchen with honey butter. It goes great with your bbq plate. The sausage, ribs and brisket were a
Our first time here & we were looking for sime good BBQ tonight & I must say this is some Great BBQ here on the Riverwalk. They did not disappoint. We got the BBQ Platter for 2. Everything was Awesome
Fun place with great staff and river walk views. Split the chicken plates with Ska and fries. Tasty checkerboard a little dry. Loved the home-made bread and nearing drink.
This place is a solid little BBQ joint on the Riverwalk. Usually able to get a table here even on a busy night. Food is your standard BBQ. Not earth shattering but good and great value for the price. Overall a good pick for the family and we’d go back!
Great peppered turkey. Great sausage. The potato salad is one of the best I’ve ever had. The 2 person 5 meat combo platter was a great deal.
