Totally unbiased review: great place, we get New York style about 90% of the time since we're usually too hungry to wait for Chicago style. The pizza tastes great and the environment is totally neighborhood pizzaria - not a ton of frills (wish the wine list was a bit elevated but it is descent for a place where the coach can bring the team after a game). Keep up the great work John!

This was a good place for my family. I have a wife and two kids under 7. The Chicago style pizza was tasty. A medium will last you a couple of days. The wine prices are reasonable.
Pizza fanatic here... This is seriously some of the best pizza if not the best pizza I've tasted! The house salad was delicious and the stuffed mushrooms were fantastic! Gave it a try because of a groupon but I will definitely be back in!
Honestly this is by far the best pizza place I have ever been to and I will not be going anywhere else .. The food is fantastic, the environment is awesome to chill and have some drinks while watching a game. The service was excellent and made us feel welcomed. If u haven't been here your missing out. I give the place a 10 out of 5 stars..

Ordered the Al Capone Chicago Style Pizza, as this being my first time trying this style. This pizza was the best tasting pizza I have ever had! The cheese was gooey, the crust was flaky and crispy. Will go back again! My new fav Pizza Place
Best New York pizza we have in San Antonio. Also, best Chicago deep dish I’ve found outside of Chicago. You can’t miss here. Hard to get to for dinner with traffic as it’s deep in Stone Oak (if you are not living in those neighborhoods) but WORTH the wait!
The service was great and the food was amazing! I was skeptic due to the handful of bad reviews but I'm glad I tried it! Their marinara sauce is delicious, and the toppings were fresh. I would strongly recommend trying this place out. Pictured is a Medium New York style old world classic pepperoni and a small build your own Chicago.
We were fairly new to the area and looking for a new favorite pizza place. Trilogy is it! Their NY style pizza is our pie of choice with its flavorful well done crust topped with a generous amount of sauce. We like to get the Old World Pepperoni pizza that’s topped with fresh mozzarella. Their pizza sauce is seriously my favorite in the city and I can tell you that I haven’t loved pizza this much since I visited New York. My only complaint is that they aren’t open all week but they’re worth waiting for!
First time coming here and I was not disappointed! We got the burrata appetizer and a deep dish pepperoni pizza. Both were delicious and service was great. Very clean too.

Went for lunch. Had some wine, some pizza, and even ordered one to take home for later.
It was Italian night tonight! My husband stopped by @trilogypizza and picked up some food to go. Despite the icy and cold conditions, they were open.
We had a medium pizza, New York style with pepperoni and mushroom. Yum! Loved the crust! My husband loves salads and got the Caprese Salad. We also shared the Pasta Bolognese. We had a bottle of Italian wine which paired nicely with all the food.
Tummy full with leftovers! So glad we got to enjoy their food.
Pizza was quite tasty. My only issues was the toppings including cheese were not anywhere close to the edge of the pizza so lots of plain crust on the circumference and they could have used maybe another 20% topping because it felt scarce. Service was super friendly. I will try this place again.
Second time around coming here. Over all clean area, all staff were kind and focused on their roles. Got a goat cheese app which was great and a Chicago deep dish with pineapples and jalapeños. Meal was very good and fulfilling. Pasta was nice as well.
Planning on coming back.

This was a highly anticipated visit based on other reviews. Apparently, the other reviewers have never had Chicago Deep Dish Pozza!! A 3/8" thick pizza with a 1½" turned up edge. NOT deep dish by any imagination! We ordered the "capone. " ...sauce was fresh and tasty, but the crust was lacking like a plain dry breadstick. Overall, it wasn't bad, but don't expect more than that. Med pizza, 2 salads, 2 beers, and 1 glass of wine, $55.00

The pizza was great, it was very fresh and flavorful. They make their pizzas in an oven brick oven. They taste like gourmet pizza but are very reasonably priced. I will absolutely be returning. I want to try their Sunday buffet from 11-2=best way to have a variety. Half off appetizers from open to 6p
I enjoyed the gluten free white pizza and I it was absolutely delicious. My family had NY style pizza and found it quite tasty. The pizza sizes are very good as well. I would definitely go back... great service, great food.
I've been coming here for about 6 years now and not once have I ever had a bad experience or bad pizza. The pizza is always fresh and delicious. And usually doesn't even make it home when I get a take out order lol. They only somewhat complaint is they aren't open more often. With my work schedule I really can only manage to get an order on the weekends.
Removed one star only because we weren't crazy about the Chicago-style pizza. NY style was decent. The sauce is fantastic. My daughter really liked the fettuccine alfredo.
I came to Triology pizza bistro for thr 1st time on 11.30.23 for a birthday dinner. I ordered the Texan pizza and it was good. I also got the side ceaser salad and it was also very good.
Atmosphere was great, they have tv to view games. Unfortunately when we went the cowboys were playing but on prime so we were watching the game in our cellphones as we ate lol.
