The family and I really dig this spot !! When we come to the Palladium to watch a movie we always make this location our spot to get a burger!!! Awesome employees and really nice always helpful. Really clean environment. Thanks Whataburger management and most of all the Team .
My family eats,dreams,and thinks about whataburger all the time that we eat, breakfast, lunch, and dinner 3 times a week. My family would be lost without this place. The employee's are so awesomeness. I would suggest the restaurant to everyone.
This is my favorite location! The food is always fresh, fast & hot. My order is always right and the customer service is the best.

I went here with my girlfriend, brother, and a close friend after watching a late night movie. It all seemed as if the environment was just to have a good time. There was a group that showed up and was just seeming they were having fun. But then this other group comes in a ford pickup parking in not the best of ways. So because of that, the group I mentioned before sees the parking job and 2 of the guys start to get real pissed off to the point that they were threatening the group from the pickup truck that they would beat them up over a parking job. So the manager and some other workers got them out of the store since the group was making a scene in the store. Aside from that, I'm glad the workers stepped up to that group and after the incident the manager was going around asking everyone if they're ok and if they needed anything. You can never get away from stupid people but at least here if one ever does come by at least you'll know this store will take care of you. Usually this is never a thing here, trust me on that. Also it didn't help this was around 3:00am when people are drunk.
The staff at this Whataburger are very friendly and competent. The food is delicious and it is fast.
Only ordered the White Chocolate Raspberry shakes today, but the staff was friendly and efficient. Nice, clean restaurant with friendly people and my ordered tasted as expected. Can't complain!
Staff was very friendly and courteous. The only reason for 4 stars is the inside was not really clean. She floors has a lot of paper, spilt French fries, etc…
What I like about this Whataburger location is their speed and consistency. Their service is always good and the line moves quickly and the food quality doesn't suffer for it. Sometimes speed and quality of service dont work together, so it is nice they do here.
There was minor confusion tofay on my drink order and the manager immediately took control and fixed it without making me have to explain the confusion. That is excellent customer service and sets apart a business. I also tried the white chocolate raspberry shake today and I really enjoyed it. My usual go to is the chocolate malt- which is always good and such a treat.
We had pulled an all nighter because of a hard freeze that was going to hit the area. We had shot deicer on all the bridges on 281 and had noticed that most restaurants were closed because of the bad road conditions. All but this Whataburger. The brave employees had gone to work and were ready to serve us hungry folks. The burgers and fries were hot and tasty and the place was warm and comfy. Unlike the cold and rainy weather outside. We had a great time.
This is one of the Great whaterburger spots. The staff here has it down. Fast , correct, on point service. Fries are always fresh. Not many places can say that.
Whata can you say about Whata burger that hasn't been said before? We stop off for a burger every time we drive from Lucy's Doggie Day Care on 1604 to Boerne. My pups love 'em and I manage to get Whata is on special that day!! The photo below is with my big fur-baby begging for a bite of mine, too!! "Whata moocher!!
As someone who has been out of Texas for over a year, this Whataburger checked all the boxes for nostalgia. Not only that, but the taste of the food was better than I remembered. Service was also quick and great, providing a minimum wait even though they were fairly busy.
If someone asked me why I’m proud to be Texan, I’d probably have this as my current number one reason. If you’re from out of state, get something from the all-time favorite meal, no one actually gets the basic hamburgers.
I had a free Southern bacon double burger, and it was very delicious. I like that whataburger gives coupons on the app. I liked this location, and I would definitely recommend it.
Don't know if you're like me, but I prefer some Whataburger's over others. This location is one of my top 5 favorites in SA. I have never had an issue with my order here and the food is just prepared better. Kudos to the management staff here!

Very friendly staff. When they bring you your food they offer you ketchup and other condiments. The chicken fingers were on point and crunchy. 10/10
(5 stars reserved for outstanding service/products). Nice and clean site. Friendly staff. I used the drive through. Food was typical of what I expect from Whataburger restaurant. Got the breakfast burger and it was great. I would recommend swinging by if you need food in this area.
