Loved the decor . The staff was so friendly our waitress was amazing. Everything that we ordered was great. If I’m on this side of San Antonio again it will be on my Fav places to stop . Thank you Taylor and staff for making my Easter meal great!

Excellent food!! Fun times! Love the staff!! The pecan crusted chicken is awesome, brisket nachos, chicken diablos, fried mushrooms, wedge salad...it's all great!! The bar staff knows what they are doing!!! They rock!! Love you old T.G peeps!!

Good food and great waitress! The drinks are big and definitely worth it, i had the Pineapple Express! The pecan crusted chicken was delicious. Would definitely recommend. Great time with my family and friends!

EXACTLY the atmosphere we were looking for on a cold and blustery winter day! Got a spot near the blazing fireplace and ordered up some German grub. The potato-garlic soup was to die for and the sausage sampler plate with spaetzel and cabbage was marvelously tasty. Service was flawless.
Awesome yummy food and drinks. First time there would always pass by but never stopped till my boyfriend and I ate and had drinks there. He had been there before. First time for me. Love the outside patio and band that they had playing . Deffently going back.
I liked the jagersnitzel meal, it was almost the same as the real thing, but the margaritas were awsome and was,very friendly! I would recommend it to everyone!!
Nice place to snag a drink or have dinner! The burger was awesome the bacon was perfectly cooked and the bun was very tasty would recommend it. The schnitzel I tried was equally very tasty the gravy was perfect for the dish. Overall I would make this place a regular visit.
I am legitimately perplexed about this place. I’ve been coming here for over a year and have had nothing but great experiences. The food is great. The drink is great. The people are great. For reasons beyond my understanding, anytime I’ve ever come here, the place is empty. I don’t understand why. Look at this Jager Schnitzel. It’s the biggest one I’ve seen in my life and it’s delicious. They also have a very good selection of craft beer. Yet, no one is ever here! I don’t get it. Maybe you know something I don’t, but from my experience, I love it here!
Kenedy was delightful and attentive. We had a wonderful first experience at QH. The fish and chips were delicious, especially with the extra lemond. We'll definitely go back. Thank you, Kenedy, for making date night fun for us.
My girlfriend and I visited for the first time today. The inside of the building was the kind of vibe I love, rustic with German inspiration. She had the pretzel and I had the schnitzel and waffles. Everything was great! The pretzel was a little dry compared to some other German restaurants we've been to but it more than made up for it with the delicious cheese sauce! The schnitzel and waffles were a nice combination of sweet and savory! I washed it down with a weisbier.
Our sever Damian was very attentive and welcoming! Overall it was a great experience and we'll be back to try the rest of the German offerings!
***MILITARY DISCOUNT*** The service was friendly and fast. The Drinks were strong and delicious 😋 Tonight they had a band or group of some sort performing outside. The bar was pretty full with plenty of chatter and laughter. The only reason they lost a star was the limited food menu. I wish they had a few more choices. Other than that, the food was delicious and great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend for large groups or just a few friends to hang out at the bar.
Nice place and our waitress was nice but a few of the other workers were either rude or no manners like using a polite term like "excuse me" when they almost run into you.
Both of our meals were excellent. The burger was just about the best burger I've ever had. I will definitely bring my teenage boy back for a couple of those. That being said, the fries could've been awesome but were soggy and already cool as soon as we got our food. The burger wasn't cool though which is lucky for this review because it would've been a one star review without that great tasting burger.
Absolutely delicious! Our waiter, James, recommended the schnitzel and he did not steer me wrong. So good! Also the margaritas are to die for! Don’t miss it
1. My mom loved the cheesecake. It's baked and not too sweet. New York style.
2. We loved the service, very attentive, very courteous and not too crowded.
3. Mom liked the pretzel with the cheese and sausage on top and she loved the huge fried mushrooms. They were well cooked all the way through.
4. She ordered the chicken fried chicken. The chicken was huge! juicy tender breast underneath all that crispy crunchiness. Recommend the sweet potato fries as a side.
5. I ordered the schnitzel and it was thin, crispy with savory onion mushroom gravy.
Great place to hang out on a nice evening to watch live music and enjoy drinks. The burgers were quite good and the staff was friendly. Parking may be an issue on a busy night.
It was ok. The food was pretty good, but it took forever. There wasn't alot of people and it was a Tuesday night and our food took about 45mins to come out. The waitress didn't really check on us...the food was pretty good I had the chicken fried steak is pretty good and taste great. My husband had the grilled cheese with brisket, he liked it said it was different.
This place is a great place to hang out, especially on the patio. This visit, we went to pick up our son at the airport and brought his 8-yo dog with us as a surprise welcome. We were able to sit on the patio with our dog, eat a very relaxing dinner and then onto the airport. The staff even brought our dog a bowl of water and made sure she was okay, as she relaxed at our feet on the patio. We will be back, especially since I learned they have live music, usually on the weekend. I love places like this! #dogfriendly #atmosphere
Thursday morning was surprisingly busy when I came in with my family. Young man named Jay took care of us completely. He even made the drinks for us and they were great! The food was delicious he recommended the cheese and sausage board for our party of 5 which was a great recommendation the sausage is authentic and really good. The dos a Rita’s are huge and the entrees are very generous portions! Will be back for the live bands on the weekends and reverse happy hour !
This place is awesome. It is very pet friendly. The chef Jonathan came out to greet us. And our waitress kept checking on us to make sure everything was okay.
Great German style restaurant with outdoor/ indoor seating. Even though they seemed a little short staffed, we still had good, friendly service. Food quality and portion size were great. A good beer selection as well. I would return.
