I am in love with all things Larder! The prepared foods were delicious and the selection of edible goodies will make you the guru of gift giving, or like the best wife ever for bringing your honey treats to snack and drink on for days and days. Pretty sure I'm going to be spending way too much money here but they carry so a plethora of locally produced items made here in Texas and the good Ole US of A that it's totally fine by me!! Their GM was a total pro and showed us her faves as well as sharing the stories of many of the producers. You can't get that kinda service and passion at the big stores. Be cool and bring ALL of your out of town guests here but become a regular with their coffees and pastries.

This Completely renovated with no flaws. Fantastic espresso, nice selection of beer, wine, items you want to take home. A LaVern and Shirley spot known as “the Pearl”, turned outstanding hotel on the riverwalk. Absolutely amazing for the romantic girl in your life.

Had an amazing visit, thanks to Mercedes the Barista! She is beautiful inside and out! She made sure she got my order correct and helped me in every way she could! 🫶🏻 It does not go unnoticed Mercedes!! 🙏🏻💫💐 I hope she gets a raise and recognition she deserves! I got a cortado with lavender and oat milk. As well as their garden salad 🥗

Larder is located within the Hotel Emma but is accessible from the Pearl walkway (or you can come in through the hotel). As a former business traveler, I can attest to the fact that this is the hotel shoppette that business travelers dream of. It has everything from meals to snacks to drinks - of all kind - to desserts, as well as reading materials and Texas-themed gifts. Larder offers a couple of seating areas so you can grab and go or enjoy your purchases in store. They have a full-service coffee bar and sell plenty of baked goods to accompany your drink. They also sell an impressive assortment of alcoholic beverages ranging from local brews (sold in cans not on tap) to wine for every taste and budget. There are plenty of snacks and meal items to go along with your drinks. And if you are trying to put together a Texas-themed package, Larder has a plethora of foodie and non-perishable items to choose from. I’m a local, but I love visiting this store. If you haven’t been, you must.

Great place to grab a coffee and breakfast. I should of wrote this review awhile back but I gotta say, they really stepped up last year during the shutdown. They sold groceries to the community when most grocery stores ran out of basic things like milk, eggs and meat. They even sold toilet paper!!! I was able to buy basic items for my parents during those times. I’ll never forget what they did and forever grateful. They offer great service and they are always friendly. Oh and my dog loves this place, I’m guessing it’s due to the dog treat’s they sometimes give her.

Great latte, and a very nice young man served me and we had a nice chat. Thanks for the good service! Also, hanging out in the lobby of Hotel Emma is so cool. What a unique place.

This was a nice stop on my walk around plaza, the penne salad was so good. It had spinach, lemon, basil, parmesan and chicken. Very good size for the money. Staff was wonderful and even went back in later to get the speciality cookie to take home! Will be back next time I am out that way!

Cute little shop with a unique drink selection and wines. They also make fresh charcuterie boards with ingredients sold in the shop. We just stopped for a quick refreshment and caramels during our trip to the Pearl area but will be back.

Within the Hotel Emma (can access directly on the south side (back of the hotel), or from an internal hallway next to the bar. Premium bakery items, coffee/tea, some sandwiches, budget about $15 per person for a meal with beverage. Counter-service. Decor inside is excellent, well-planned out and worth the pictures. It actually reminded me a little bit of EPCOT mixed in the the Biltmore Mansion in Ashville, but obviously a little more functional. Good casual-date location, especially if you're looking to dodge the higher prices at the more expensive eateries. You can access the complex from the Riverwalk.

I wanted to have Adffogato but they do not have it on the menu. They offered me to use a cup of ice cream and two espresso shots to make me one. Great quality and Service!

Well decorated grocery store. Good quality product, I took a scone and a salad for roughly 15$. Given the food quality, the price is fair. However the sald was quite plain, only corn comes with it but the sauce was on point.

Very cute little store and cafe. All of the baked goods looked amazing. We got two pumpkin spice latte made with their house made syrup. They were very well made. Staff were also very friendly. Only complaint is the cans of beer and bottled drinks were. definitely overpriced.

Only place open on Christmas. Friendly staff. Minimal seating, but seating available in the hotel. Burger was good, minimal options for kids - grilled cheese

It was my first time visiting and was not aware they only took card. After I placed my order the sweet staff told me they only accepted card payments and I had to apologize and have her cancel my order. Not even a few seconds passed and another kind staff member made the tea and delivered it to my work place without my knowledge. I didn’t catch her name but she was an absolute angel and I will never forget this kindness!! ❤️ I highly recommend coming to Larder if you’re visiting the pearl or staying at Hotel Emma! The best staff and tea I’ve ever had the pleasure of enjoying! I will definitely be coming back on my lunch breaks more often ❤️

Came here for the famous rice krispies treats and was not disappointed. Toasted marshmallows and melted toffee make for a mouth watering combination yet it retains the texture and shape of a much beloved childhood treat giving it a unique revamping. It works wonderfully.
