Our waitress was awesome! The food was delish!! I was with good company!! And of course there is no word to describe the store!!!! I hate going there😞 So much to see, so much I want, but not enough $$$$😞 But I do end up purchasing something anyway😂😂😂😂. Love this place!!!! Our waitress was Anna😍 She was superb!
We dine here at 3 to 4 Times per month. We always have great service and the food is excellent. We shop at the store also.

We've always received the best of service at their West IH10 location in San Antonio, Tx. Only one waitress was sorta snooty so we did report her and we usually have others wait on us. Never been disappointed.
Best place for pancakes by far.. food is always served hot.
We were a large crowd of close to 20 but I have to give the server credit. She took our orders quickly and orderly. Our drinks came quickly the coffe refills kept coming so the service was excellent. This was very good also. I had the eggs Benny with a side of grits. It came with cooked apples which was very god also. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a place to have breakfast or brunch.
We were in San Antonio for an event during the week of Thanksgiving and decided to have Thanksgiving dinner at The Cracker Barrel. We expected a long wait and somewhat stressful experience since they were bound to be very busy, but ended up waiting only 15 minutes and overall had a relaxing, wonderful time. The dinner included all the traditional things, even a slice of pumpkin pie. The food was good and portions were perfect. Our waiter was excellent. The place was packed, but he was very attentive, patient, and polite, one of the best servers I have witnessed. Considering how busy it was, I was so impressed by all the staff. In addition to serving customers inside, they were distributing take-home orders out back, yet, from my perspective, kept everything running smoothly. The Cracker Barrel is one of the few chain restaurants I have consistently had good experiences with, and this visit really exceeded my expectations
A place where the southern comfort food is cooked very well and served with a smile. There has been little changes over the years except the country store where seasonal items are well stocked and fresh every year.
The Chicken Pot Pie was really delicious with a nice tasty crust on top.
The place has always been a staple place to take my parents to.
Haven’t been CB in a while but it was pretty busy so I’m not sure if this is normal but the staff was amazing and polite and our waiter was very attentive 🫶 pictured is the cheesecake stuffed strawberry pancakes( I think I can’t remember) ⭐️9/10 not too sweet very good but the strawberry jam just wasn’t my preference :))
Usually, this place is amazing, but yesterday morning, I went to have breakfast with my husband, and we walked in the greet and sat up right away but then we waiting 10 minutes or more for our waiter to come ask us anything and she didn't even introduce herself and had such an ugly attitude when we finally got to order it was another 20 minute wait to even get our food and again our water Brandy didn't even check on us to ask of we needed more tea or coffee which we did and it may be her fault but my bacon wasn't even cooked all the way and my French toast didn't have butter it was just such a horrible experience amd after she ate we waited yet another 5 minutes for our check I had to get up and ask the host to get it for us I hope Brandy has a better day I know we all have our good and bad days but no need to take it out on someone else
They’ve unfortunately messed up a couple of my orders BUT they have ALWAYS CORRECTED IT by giving me a free meal remake/replacement & never given me a hard time or just saying sorry & that’s it, nope they’ve always corrected it, apologized and had it ready for me when I was ready to pick it up. Their food is DELICIOUS & always ready on time even when they’re slammed. Their store has the most unique beautiful items. What can I say I love Crackle Barrel Old Country Store🥰 TY for serving such delicious food & having great customer service! I definitely recommend eating here!!

Hearing hear is hard it’s a place everyone’s talking ,laughing,y catching up with family. Waitresses don’t mind speaking up or leaning in for your hearing aids lots of us with hearing difficulties do fine here can bring a paper saying mute or deaf then … 1st is drink order so point it say it , 2nd is menu order time so again point if mute or say it , last ask dessert or ticket can say either including take home box . I used my phone once to translate Spanish to English for Motherinlaw . Plenty of us hispanic,mixed,black,white,Asian,y Arabic etc etc families come here never have a problem online is the Spanish menu my Filipino great aunt to mother in law can use it I read it for my older mom in law . Free tea ,lemonade,flavored tea, y water y soda refills . Other drinks a charge to refill but can get a 2nd beer to chocolate milk easily . Tables close together to breakables in gift shop when entering but can still get strollers in y relatives who are blind I do recommend guiding them (service dogs allowed can ask for a cup of water bring a water bowl give your dog water outside in the rocking chair area) , workers bring their dogs eat out in the truck or leave dog come back with water y leftover meat just keep in mind summers too hot for this most do it in the fall y spring y fair weather days.
Old antiques to view everywhere a fun nostalgia to buy in gift shops to on walls bring grandpa listen to their stories.

Almost always enjoy our food here. Hubby always gets breakfast any time of day. I got the meatloaf and chicken sampler plate. Very generous meatloaf portion. Food was cooked good. Chicken was breaded and not dry. Potato and brown gravy was great! A little small on the portion but tasty. Sweet carrots are my favorite. Sweet but not too sweet. We had a waitress that was 1 week into her job so I can’t judge her. Lol she was great!
Dropped by tonight on veterans day for dinner. They had a free slice of Coca-Cola cake for veterans, thank you! The service we got from wait staff, Jeff, was awesome. He was attentive & consistent, great job & thank you Jeff.
The food was hot & fresh for a cold rainy night. The biscuits were hot & soft, added some butter. Forget about it! The baked sweet potato was hot & delicious! The sparkling Moscato was the hit tonight. Thank you cracker barrel!
I just want to thank the staff and our waiter for being so kind to my son! you all are the best. I would also like to thank the man that bought our meal. May God bless you beyond anything you could ever imagine!

Really great place for breakfast. We parked our RV in the spacious parking lot overnight and headed in for breakfast in the morning. They were friendly and quick! And the food was fabulous. The atmosphere is just cool vintage everywhere!
Had the Maple Bacon Grilled Chicken first time as was great. Waiter was very attentive and check ups. Can’t never complain here. Till next time.
Love Love Love! Oh my! The Sweetie potato was so good they brought it out within 7 minutes and my wife and I destroyed it! The fried turkey with gravy and loaded tots was perfect! My wife got the breakfast 🥞 and blueberry 🫐 pancakes! The way they should taste! Bacon 🥓,sausage, eggs 🍳 that were so perfectly made as easy over. This place is amazing and if people complain about lines on the weekends go on the weekday like we did on a Thursday. Such an amazing server we left a large tip. 10/28/21
Cracker Barrel tends to be consistent when I visit but this time, the food wasn't up to par. The hashbrown casserole was dry and tasted a bit sweet. It was kind of like it had been prepared in a pan that had been used for something sweet. The meatloaf also wasn't as tasty as usual. Our waitress was great for the most part but did forget my refill at one point.
We went back for the 1st time since the pandemic began. We were suprised that they offer beer, wine and different coffee drinks now. They no longer offer the blackberry tea I used to drink sometimes. Peach tea is still offered though. I ordered the lemon rainbow trout and it was ok, no complaints. Partner had the chicken fried chicken. They really enjoyed it. I noticed they no longer have the peg game to play with while you wait for your food, Probably because of covid. Everything else seems the same which is good. Still like browsing their store especially during Halloween. Be sure and check your bill before you pay. Partner ordered a Pabst and received a Blue Moon. They were charged for a 6 pack of Pabst @ $9.99. Manager made it right and charged for the beer they originally ordered which is a $1 less than Blue Moon.
