A non franchise Mexican American restaurant located minutes away from downtown San Antonio. A good go to restaurant for breakfast and lunch with early closing hours, so get there before 2pm. Pretty solid food, so can’t go wrong with any choice. Service was good and attentive.

I have been going to this restaurant now for over 15 years, and the food to this day, remains to be fresh and of top quality. Everything is cooked and made very close to authentic. I go here now whenever I am in town.

Good food and at a decent price. Food was fresh and timely. Wait staff was friendly and helpful. Get there early sometimes there is wait. The chips and salsa where super fresh. And Ranchero sauce was super good.

I visited Patty’s Taco House today while photographing menu items for Grubhub. Since opening in 1985 they have been serving San Antonio some amazing food for 3 generations. I got to take home some steak and it was delicious! I highly recommended and will be back again soon!

Little mom and pop restaurant that has a comfortable environment. Our waitress was attentive and made sure our drinks didn't go empty. Food came quick and was hot. Definitely be back for more.

Patty's is a treasured staple of the neighborhood with simple breakfast/lunch classics that never fail to please. Great prices, great staff, great food. Weekly stop bys are a must.

Small establishment, Busy around lunch and sometimes hard to find parking for handicap. Overall great service and delicious authentic food. Variety of dishes and homemade tortillas.

I got a pork chop taco with beans but unfortunately it had no flavor. My wife's said her plate was Good and the waitress was good so I will leave it at 4stars

Food was delicious and fresh. Very hot and tasty. Loved it. I recommend it to everyone.
